Hemmet Àr en söndag till söndag (varje vecka) hyra under sommarsÀsongen; vÄr gÀst uppskattar den minskade trafikcheckningen! De tvÄ kvarterets promenad till Washington Street Mall gör hemmet idealiskt för aktiviteter pÄ lÄng helg under hösten, vintern och vÄren. Med 5 sovrum och 4 fulla bad Àr det ett utmÀrkt semesterval för stora familjer, vÀnner och par. Den första vÄningen erbjuder ett öppet koncept stort rum med 50 "platt-TV, bar skÄp, ett vÀlutrustat kök och rymlig matplats. Njut av den frÀmre verandan eller Florida-rummet för kaffe, cocktails eller en tyst tupplur. PÄ första vÄningen finns ocksÄ tre sovrum: master-sviten (badrum) har en king size-sÀng och en dagssÀng; det andra sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng, det tredje sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar; och ett andra badrum. PÄ andra vÄningen ingÄr ytterligare en kung master svit (badrum) och dagbÀdd; ett sovrum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar och tvÄ uppsÀttningar vÄningssÀngar (6 bÀddar); och det fjÀrde badrummet. Ett andra familjerum med en 60 "platt-TV och vÄt bar (dryckskylskÄp och mikrovÄgsugn) skiljer sovrummen pÄ andra vÄningen. TvÄ förpackningar och lekar, en barnvagn och en barnstol finns för vÄra yngre gÀster. För din bekvÀmlighet Àr varje vÄning utrustad med en tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare med hög effektivitet (HE) i full storlek. Den grindade bakgÄrden med uteplats matbord, gas grill och utomhusdusch (varmt och kallt vatten) slutför landsscenen.

Under sommarsÀsongen finns en strandlÄda pÄ stranden Ocean St med stolar, parasoller och strandleksaker. En strandvagn Àr tillgÀnglig för transport av strandhanddukar, svalare etc. StrandmÀrken finns för 8 vuxna.

This was, by far, the best property we have ever rented and the Host are SUPER HOST. They bent over backwards to make our stay special and did more than we would have asked for. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. Do yourself a favor and book their property. It is fabulous!!

We had an amazing vacation at the Fox Den! The house had everything that we needed, from the space, to appliances, to fun games and books for our daughter. The proximity to shopping was great, with the Acme a close walk as well. We are looking forward to hopefully being there again next summer.

This was a beautifully appointed house that suited my family's needs perfectly. There was plenty of space inside and out for people to be on their own and the living room was large enough for us altogether and surprisingly safe for a toddler. The location was perfect for the teens and adults who could either walk or bike to the beach and everywhere else in town but for the family who had a one and a 2-year-old, It was a bit of a schlep. Overall, I would love to return to this house.

Beautifully designed home with quiet spaces for the whole family to enjoy.

The Fox Den was exactly what we hoped it would be: clean, well-appointed, spacious, and nicely decorated. This home has so much to offer. The owners were very helpful throughout our planning process. All had a wonderful, relaxing time, and enjoyed daily walks around town, Congress Hall, and our days at the beach. Cape May has so much to offer. We hope to return one day!

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

Tom and Colleen were amazing hosts. The house is beautifully appointed, clean and perfectly accommodated out group of 7 middle aged women. The upstairs AC wasn’t working the first night and Tom was extremely responsive. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. Outdoor space was lovely. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

We truly enjoyed and loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated for the Christmas spirit! We loved that everything was within walking distance, especially with our kiddos. The house is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to whip up our family dinners. The host was very responsive. We would defiantly return!

We grew up in the Philadelphia area and live in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Since purchasing our home we've offered our home to guests mainly during the summer months, but recently decided to rent out home off season also. Our growing family uses the family Cape May home throughout the year.
Recently, when we were away on vacation, we noted a quote which describes our rental experiences : "A stranger is a friend you haven't met yet. - Anonymous". We are appreciative of the many relationships developed with “guests” who have vacationed at the Fox Den. We welcome the chance to speak with you about our home and ask you to consider it as you make your vacation plans.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Because Cape May is uniquely a "year round" seashore community, our family fell in love with the town, the activities, and events offered throughout the four seasons. There is something to do for all four generations in our family. Since purchasing our home, we've been delighted that so many families make the "Fox Den" their vacation home year after year. From our experience, vacation time can create wonderful memories. We work hard to offer a great product with the hope that the "Fox Den" feels like a home away from home for you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our home feels beachy! Whether you are sitting on the porch, the comfy couches, or taking an outside shower under the stars, you know you are at a beach home on vacation. We appreciate that many of our guest choose the "Fox Den" year after year as their Cape May go-to place. Being able to walk anywhere in town is so enjoyable! Our grandkids love being able to walk to the beach, grocery store, ice cream shop, and mini golf. Our guests love being able to walk to restaurants, pick up a bottle of wine and relax in the backyard conversation pit after a busy Cape May day. Because there are bedrooms, laundry facilities, and family rooms on both floors, our home works for multiple generations or families.
