Wonderful weekend

We were a group of 4 adults and our 6 teenaged kids. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Enough comfy beds for all of us, everything we needed in the kitchen and a great space for movie night. Dev was quick to respond and so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house.

Nice house for families.

House had everything needed for a comfortable vacation. Stayed one week with three generations of family members. Good location, too. Easy walk to beach and shopping.

Good place in great location

Decent house that sleeps a ton of people in an amazing location. Only complaint is that the house doesn't come with linens/towels, so we had to pay $175.00 extra the day we checked in. Not the best experience. Otherwise, the house was great for what we needed & would stay here again.

Worth the stay

Very nice home...an older home but in good condition. Good size general living area and kitchen. Nice backyard. The owner was very helpful and pleasant to work and communicate with.

Enjoyed stay in Cape May

Great location! We were able to walk to the beach and to Washington St. Mall from this spot. They had corn hole which we played quite often. Two refrigerators was a nice bonus. Best of all was the outdoor shower. I'm not sure anyone showered inside...even in the rain we showered outside, just put your things in a plastic bag. There is also a long table great for all to play a game of Left Right Center! Thank you to the owners for a great time in Cape May!

Awesome location and amenities

Had a girls weekend here and could walk everywhere. Beds and space for a large group. We had a rainy weekend, but would have loved to use the yard more. Host is responsive and helpful. Hope to be back for another Cape May visit.

So Family Friendly!!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the thoughtfulness that is seen throughout it. We hosted our family of 4 (including a toddler and infant), as well as similar age nieces, and grandparents for a week stay, that included our vow renewal. The house came equipped with a high hair, crib, beach chairs, toys, and even 2 annual beach tags. Dev is an incredible host and was so helpful and accommodating for our wedding celebration. Highly recommend this property especially for a family with young children. Thank you, Dev!!

Great house

We had a girls weekend in the house. It was great. We all loved it. Made me look good to my friends. The only problem we noticed was the front door. It was hard to operate. Took several attempts. The lights/fan remote control in the back first floor bedroom was missing.

Great stay in nice neighborhood

First time to Cape May and this worked great for our family of 11. Great location, easy walk to beach. Also mall area, small grocery store and restaurants were walkable.. House was pretty well stocked. Game room was small and they are currently doing some work there so not sure what it will be in the future. Manager responded quickly to a toilet issue and it was fixed within an hour. We would stay here again!

Great family beach trip

We had a fabulous time here with a very responsive host. Our group was 2 seniors, 4 adults, and 4 children ranging age 2-7. First floor bathroom with grab bars was great for the grandparents and they stayed in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. Simple but classy seaside decor. Backyard was great for the kiddos. Plenty of TVs for people to watch whatever they would like. House had basic essentials for eating in. Luckily it is easy to drive or instacart some groceries needed. Easy walk to the beach even for the kids (2 year old in a wagon with the beach supplies). Would love to come back again and stay here

Cousins' House for a wedding

This was perfect for our family for my son's wedding. Check in and check out processes were easy. Driveway and on street parking for free was great. We were close enough to everything to walk within 15 - 20 minutes or a 3 - 5 minute drive. 2 young children loved the large backyard to play ball and blow bubbles. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus. I would definitely consider this house for a family friendly vacation.

Better on paper

Front doorknob fell off( we got it fixed), can’t enter through back door, motion lights unnecessary inside the house . Cabinet door under sink in kitchen was broken, master bathroom fan screeched, a tv in bedroom upstairs ( twin and single beds) never worked, lots of handles just pulled off, definite slop in floors !

Gathering of Friends at Cape May

We are a group who have gathered yearly for 43 years. This year we numbered from 9 to a max of 12 during the week...There was plenty of parking for our cars along left side of driveway and in street along front of house, and Dev let us also park on the right for a portion of our stay when he did not plan to be there. Dev was there when we arrived, was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly for a slow sink drain. The house has neat features like motion sensor lighting (handy for old folks in an unfamiliar house) and Alexa voice-activated music and more. Two refrigerators a big plus! The first-floor rooms were great for our mobility-challenged friend, though wheelchair access would not have been possible. Upstairs a bit warmer than down, but that suited our group... I like it cold... others not so much... AC worked well over-all. Yard was visited by bunnies and birds which we found pleasantly entertaining. We set up a canopy for increased shade over the back yard seating area. Lots of seating for our group to sit outside and relax. Some of our party walked to the beach, but we also rented a 6 seat golf cart which Dev let us park on the lawn for charging. Location was easy-access to everywhere. Everyone agreed we enjoyed the house, and would stay again during a year when our numbers would be small enough to accomodate us. Thanks, Dev!

Excellent for a family vacation!

Amazing home for a vacation! Very functional for not eating every meal out. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all activities. Excellent parking - both driveway and on street - never an issue. Clean.and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Would definitely return!

A house for everyone!

Great house for a group. More than enough space and is as pictured in photos. Close to downtown and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen js stocked with everything you may need snd more. A great option for those with mobility concerns- grab bars in downstairs shower and railings on 2 steps to enter. Lots of options for games and activities for the kids also! Great for the whole family!

great place for a girls getaway

We were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of this home and the amenities offered to us. Six sisters slept comfortably and the living area was large enough to gather and enjoy each other's company. We were walking distance to Washington Street mall and the beach. Great place!

Great weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our 3 families to enjoy a beach weekend getaway. Clean with enough beds & crib to accommodate our entire group. Kids loved the game room & collection of beach toys. Easy walk to beach & all the attractions downtown Cape May has to offer. We’d be happy to rent again.

Nice stay

We had a lovely time in Cape May and this house was perfect for us. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and to town. Outdoor shower was a plus for the kids after the beach. It was convenient to have extra beach chairs provided, fridge and washer/dryer. The backyard is large with a sitting area. The decor and bathrooms are basic but fine for our purposes. The owner was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay.

Pleasant Stay

We had rented this home back in 2018 and enjoyed it very much, that we booked it again this year. It was well stocked with items one would need but it does require a little TLC. The property owner Dev, I must say was right on solving the problem with the TV in the family room and when the AC gave out, he notified a repair person who immediately fixed the problem the same night!

We have returned again to the Blue House!

We include three families with kids 3, 6, 10 , and 11 as well as my husband and me. There is never a quiet moment and we use the whole house. My husband does his watercolor painting in the rear room. The older boys live the game room. The adults enjoy the back seating area and their own bedrooms. Some of us do puzzles on the kitchen table or alcove. We use up the space and the well equipped kitchen. Yes, the rooms are not huge and we share two bathrooms but the outdoor shower is popular and the kids like to watch their cartoons upstairs by themselves for a short allowed time.
