Welcome to our gorgeous beachfront 6-bedroom home. With stunning ocean views from both primary bedrooms, sunroom and lounge area, you will be bathed in sunshine while living the Pura Vida life!

This beautiful oceanfront home is located on the well-known Playa Hermosa Beach in Costa Rica, in the exclusive gated community of Hermosa Palms. The development is a popular destination for surfers, families and those looking for an amazing spot to relax for a few days or a few weeks.

Our home hosts an open floor plan great for large family dinners and cozy movie nights. The downstairs living room opens to an expansive outdoor living space to enjoy epic sunsets and evening beach strolls. Wonderfully furnished and fully equipped, this is a perfect place to come and enjoy Costa Rica with gated security, and beautiful grounds.

This property is a great choice for your tropical vacation. Our on-site bilingual Manager/Concierge can assist with activities, in-home chefs or any of your needs. The newly remodeled kitchen features a gas stove, convection oven, microwave and is fully stocked with the tools you need to make anything from a fresh fruit smoothie to a gourmet dinner. We have 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The second level family room includes a built-in wet bar with full size fridge. A beautifully furnished private side patio is a quiet escape to read a book or simply relax. Free hi-speed Wi-Fi, private carport and private patio with outdoor shower.

Onsite YoYo's Beach Bar delivers to the house (You must try the fantastic fish shawarma or tasty Bubba's tacos and don't miss the homemade hummus and pita bread!)

Our home is a quick 15 minutes from Jaco or just an hour's drive to the world-famous Manuel Antonio State Park. On the way there be sure and stop at El Avion, home of the C-123 Cargo plane that was shot down during the Iran-Contra scandal!

From our beautiful home, you are minutes away to world-class deep-sea fishing, exciting ziplining, river rafting, and reptile tours. Our home truly provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the Costa Rica lifestyle or just sit back and relax, unwind and turn off the phone!

Amazing property! Our family had such a great time. We had 12 people and it slept us all comfortably. Beach was amazing for surfing and playing in the sand. Recommended chef service and activities were crowd pleasers! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Pura Vida!

Amazing place.

The property is amazing, as advertised and newly renovated. The property manager Roberto is awesome and very responsive. Would highly recommend Chef Dennis and Melanie who Roberto can put you put you in touch with. They cooked lunch and dinner for our family each day.

Perfect Location and the best manager!!!

This is exactly what we were looking. Right on the beach. Great manager who knew everyone in town. Personal highlights were the personal Chef Jason, Monkey Man Tour, Alligator Tour, Rainmaker hike, Quad riding and zip-line. Great beach chairs.

This was an awesome house right on a gorgeous beach! You never need to leave unless you want to see the town and culture! Great vacation place where you can walk to a huge pool with a swim up bar and great fish tacos! I will surely return to this slice of paradise!

Everything as advertised & more as the host on site was inredible. He arranged all our fabulos activities from guides, fishing boat, Tortuga Is. charter, surfing and a chef & team. Bring right on the ocean with a black sand beach was paradise.

Fabulous Location

Wonderful location right on the beach. The community pool with food and bar is a short, at most 2 minute walk up the beach. The house was clean and Roberto was incredibly helpful! He was able to get me in touch with a masseuse, personal chef, and even arranged a taxi and dinner reservations for our group. Roberto made the trip extra special!

Beachfront Paradise in Playa Hermosa

This home is wonderful! We were 3 families totaling 14 in all that enjoyed this slice of heaven. The home is well eqiuipped, clean, and comfortable. We cooked several meals easily and also enjoyed Yo-yos fabulous pool bar every day! We also enjoyed watching amazing surfers every day. The house mgr, Roberto was exceptional! He provided recommendations and helped us with all our questions. We hope to return here someday soon

Beautiful property with an amazing view. Everything needed to relax and enjoy Costa Rica.

Driving in to the property gave a great impression walking into the house was amazing. The ooen floor plan, all the windows..I felt relaxed just walking into the house. Sitting on the patio with my morning coffee soaking in the view of the surf is indescribable. The property is in close proximity to the community pool and seim up bar. You might think you wont use it, but you’ll be surprised. I suggest you try the mango margueritas! Close to Jaco for great restaurants and shopping. My husband and I are already planning anothe trip.

Spacious Well Appointed Spectacular Beach House

We we there with our entire family 16 in total with grandchildren. The house is very large, with lots of living areas and TV areas for everyone to spread out. The house is beautiful and very bright and light with wall to wall windows looking at the beach. Very clean, modern, and updated. In general a very open floorplan with high ceilings that gave you a comfortable spacious feel when we were all together, without feeling crowed. The kitchen is large, with new gas appliances and well appointed and open to the dining. The large dining table was great for our large group dinners. Great house for a big group like ours.

Just a few steps away from the 85 degree water!!

Having stayed off the beach during two previous visits, this house was a perfect fit for what we love to do. Even when cooling off in the AC or enjoying a sandwich at lunch time, the view of the crashing waves and blue sky never grew old. Our kids played on the beach like it was their back yard and the surf, once again, didn't disappoint. With plenty of well appointed space, the house worked well for us. Considering "fair balance", there were a few minor issues but more importantly, the owner & the local team were quick to respond and rectify. We can only hope to return as it was one of our favorite vacations so far. Pura Vida

Best stay ever

This was the easiest thing to do and every expectation was more than satisfied. The home is one in a million and worth the price. Right on beach, air conditioning works like a champ, beds and pillows are perfect, and the bathrooms and showers are clean and fully stocked/functional. The beach is mildly secluded and safe. The waves were perfect for surfers who shred. I don’t surf but body surfed like a pro. LOL. We had read about the community pool and bar/restaurant, and those features were awesome. Roberto was fantastic, hugely responsive, and provided great recommendations that we followed. We went in a fishing trip, ATV excursion and Zipline adventure that were fun. We can’t recommend highly enough. Nice work Owner and Managemnt. !

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

This beach house was amazing. It is fairly secluded, meaning the beaches are not full of people. There are a decent number of semi-permanent and regular owners in the housing community that give it a "neighborhood" feel. The house is perfect. An incredible view out of the dining room, which leads directly out onto the beach. The house is air-conditioned (important during the hot months), has three nice-sized bedrooms (the master is amazing!), a nice kitchen and even a washer/dryer. We loved our vacation. My 10 yr. old daughter spent most of her time wandering the beach or in the community pool, which has a swim-up bar with the proprieter offering a decent selection of drinks and food for all ages. The ocean was warm (I'm used to SoCal) and a bit rough at times, but not so bad to keep you out. We had a little bit of rain almost every day during our July vacation, but only 1 day when it rained most of the day. None of the rain was enough to keep us from venturing out. This vacation was definitely the most relaxing, enjoyable trip we have taken as a family. I would not hestitate to recommend to anyone looking for an amazing beach experience. Pura Vida!

Our stay here at this property was wonderful, the house fit perfect for our family and was a gorgeous location for sitting by the pool or going to Jaco for a little surf. We are new surfers so needed tamer waves. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the conforts of a beautiful setting

Gorgeous, safe and relaxing

Absolutely lovely home directly on the beach! Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Roberto the property manager was extremely kind and very helpful with great recommendations. The waves were quite impressive ~ so much so that we ended up at Jaco for surfing which was just a quick ride up the road. The Club house, pool and restaurant was top notch. Nothing like sitting by the pool and enjoying watching the waves crash on the beach and macaws flying overhead. The grounds has 24 hour manned gated security and we felt completely safe. YoYo ~ pool side restaurant has a great menu typically open 6 days a week from 11-6pm

Pura Vida! Family fun for everyone!

My family and I really enjoyed this house and location. The property manager, Roberto was amazing and he made our trip very stress free. The community is great for the family and the simple walk to the beach or pool, made for great lazy days. We will definitely be staying here again and we enjoyed ourselves more than when we stayed at Los Sueños Marriott Resort and Marina! Pura Vida and we highly recommend this property!

Paradise and Pura Vida

We travelled from Westchester NY and spent 4 days in this magnificent REAL beachfront home.. there is nothing that comes close to watching the spectacular sunsets right from your backyard.. to then wake up and have breakfast watching the waves right in front of your window.. the house was clean, perfectly located (only about one hour and a half from the San Jose airport), close to Jaco and the Marriot Los Sueños.. secluded beach in a wonderful community.. everything simply perfect.. The owners response was perfect, and most importantly.. Roberto, the house manager was fenomenal.. he welcomed us, made sure everything worked and came by every day to check that everything was Pura Vida...

Had a wonderful time in Costa Rica. The food and drinks at YoYo’s were amazing. Had family pictures made at the property that turned out great! Roberto was a huge help to have with recommendations on restaurants, activities and taught the kids to surf! The beach massage was very enjoyable and booking this property with Kathy was so simple. Definitely going to visit again!
