El apartamento cuenta con dos hermosas habitaciones y tres baños, una gran sala de estar llena de luz donde los huéspedes pueden reunirse, relajarse y disfrutar de su tiempo en una auténtica casa veneciana.

Very pleased with the location Facilities such as supermarket around the corner. Everything we needed at the lovely historic home. Walking distance to all tourist places.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unique property. So much art to enjoy and appreciate in this spacious apartment fully equipped with anything you would need. Everything was within walking distance and a small market was literally just across the street. Great gem in Venice!

Absolutely gorgeous

This place does not disappoint, the pictures on the app are accurate, but do not give it full justice. Which is lovely, because it is even more awesome when you open up the door and enter. The provisions are amazing, from the pantry/kitchen to the bathrooms. It’s like a Arthouse theatre and museum all in one. Thank you for opening up your home to allow us to experience your love for art, history and culture. We were totally blown away. Best experience, such in keeping with Venice as a whole.

HAVEN IN VENICE,

I spent the most sensational week in this lovely flat, which i rented together with 2 other friends for a week in July. It really is one of the most charming places I have ever visited, it drives you to the past. A perfect setting, which combines both the comfort you seek while on holiday,while also preserving all the elements of tradition and history of a noble family home in Venice. The owner was extremely helpful both before the holiday and during, providing us with so much information about the area, how to move arround, both do's and dont's! Is the perfect location to enjoy Venice, a few minutes walk from the main sites, the most charming scenery to imagine venecian noble families way of living. Plenty of art works of the owner in the walls provide a unique romantique ambience! We all completely fell in love with the flat, the area, and Venice. We could not have asked for more for our days in Venice. We are all extremely keen to return- especially for one of the famous Canaval!

Unbelievable apartment with more room than you can imagine!

There aren’t enough words to express how FANTASTIC this place is! it is beautiful and has incredible artwork throughout - it’s like staying in a museum! It is conveniently located - quiet - and away from the touristy San Marco area! Things are less expensive in San Polo! Husband, wife and 3 college age kids were blown away by this place - and the generosity of the owner - with a bottle of Prosecco and 2 prints of the owner’s artwork!! Very well appointed - with places for your things, usable tables and surfaces plus abundant hooks and towel racks. There wasn’t anything we needed that they didn’t have - including kitchen utensils, wine opener, plenty of glassware and dishes, even coffee pods, sugar and more. I wish we would have discovered the AC sooner - but the fans in each room were great to have! They even stocked items that other properties don’t - besides the coffee pods there was dish soap, laundry soap, body wash, shampoo, and loads of washcloths, extra blankets and pillows. Truly the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in.

Return to a beloved home

We came back to this extraordinary apartment where we stayed 5 years ago with great anticipation. Staying here is like staying at a distant and grand relative’s historic home….the apartment is full of eclectic and historic decor as befits an apartmente nobile in Venezia but is also stocked with many curiosities and diverse personal belongings, including art both ancient and modern, produced by the owner. This is an apartment for someone who seeks to immerse themselves in the romantic and extravagant history of Venice- if you need streamlined, sterile guest apartments, please move on! We had excellent communication and support from Christiana beforehand and Federica on site. It is ideally located in a quiet courtyard next to a canal in a fantastic neighborhood near the Frari. Bathrooms all have great water pressure, the kitchen is well equipped and functional and the space is ancient and enveloping. Enjoy this rare gem of an older time of Venice’s beauty. Amazing unique apartment in a fabulous location.

The apartment is amazing and in a great location away from the crowded areas of Venice but located canal front and minutes walk from a supermarket and great restaurant. Got water taxi from airrport to apartment. Highly recommend.

How could you not love staying @ Capriccio Veneziano, this wonderfully Venetian property? The rental is carefully curated by the Countess, a renowned Italian artist from a noble family, with an eclectic mix of art and furniture reflecting her personality, and oddly enough, the personality of the city of Venice. Perhaps they are one and the same! Every minute you will find something new and wonderful to gaze at. From the glamorous living room to the unique dining room and the palatial bedrooms you’ll feel like you’re living in a movie. Bedrooms are comfortable and feature plenty of space to spread out. High quality mattresses and bed linens will ensure you get a good night’s sleep. San Polo is a great location to base your trip. Market is 20 paces away. Rialto bridge is a ten minute stroll. Water taxi can pick you up right from the courtyard. As a retired travel professional with over 35 years in the business I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like staying in this lovely property. It truly is a one-of-a-king gem in a one-of-a-kind city. For a perfect Venetian vacation you must stay here. Than you to the Countess, Christiana, and Frederica for making everything so memorable. This truly was a stay to remember and we will cherish the memories of our stay here.

Ein Traum wurde wahr!

Dieser schräg-geniale Künstler-Palazzo ist genauso wie beschrieben. Nur noch schöner! Die Lage an diesem Sackgassenplatz ist perfekt. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig und abgeschieden und vor allem hat man aufgrund des Platzes viel Licht, Luft und Aussicht, was in den engen Gassen Venedigs eine Ausnahme ist.

Best of Both Worlds

This apartment is clean, comfortable, quiet, and like living in an art gallery. There’s a great little supermarket around the corner and nice restaurants around. It’s in a local area with a tourist flavour - the best of both worlds.

Feel like a Venetian

The apartment was a joy and felt very Venetian! Five girlfriends celebrating my 60th birthday in a truly beautiful setting. We even bought a bit of velvet to dress up in and have a meal in the dining room on the last night. You will want to take lots of photos. The apartment is also very comfortable and near to restaurants and a supermarket. Federica was there to welcome us and gave us lots of useful information and suggestions of places to eat, especially as quite a few of us are vegetarian, so that helped a lot. I would highly recommend the apartment and hope to go there again, especially when the Biennale is on. October weather was perfect for walking about and it was quite quiet as well, but we may just have been lucky.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this art lovers dream . . . having stayed in many flats abroad the San Polo flat surpassed them all. I cannot think of a single item that was not provided for a comfortable and considerate stay. Cooking was a breeze on 5 burner gas range, 2 refrigerators and a family friendly table within reach. Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets provided in the armoires. Three and a half baths accommodated six of us easily. The area is safe and an easy walk to the water bus. Lastly, the information provided prior to our arrival was impressive and the communications via e-mail excellent. We highly recommend this property and will stay again during our next trip to Venice.

This entire apartment is a work of art

Our San Polo apartment was THE highlight of our trip to Venice—and that’s saying a lot. Every day we found a new treasure — a painting we hadn’t noticed before, another animal figurine, a neat knife holder, more glasses! There were five in our group and we found that water taxis were our favorite way to travel. They weren’t that much more expensive than the vaporetto and were way more comfortable. ($50 vs $37.50). And they come right to the door!

Magnifique appartement au coeur de Venise

Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 enfants et avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le magnifique appartement de Laura - tellement de belle choses à regarder, tellement d'espace! une jolie chambre cachée, des lits très confortable, tous les équipements qu'on peut souhaiter...L'appartement est situé au calme vers sur une placette au bord du canal, au calme mais à 2 pas d'un supermarché et de plusieurs restaurants- de plus les propriétaires ont été souples pour notre arrivée et départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Merci encore à eux! Nous recommandons très vivement !

L'appartement est vaste, richement décoré avec une âme d'artiste. Tout est fonctionnel et permet de passer un séjour très agréable en plein coeur de la ville. Au pied de l'appartement il y a une petite superette très pratique pour faire quelques courses. C'est un endroit idéal pour profiter de Venise et de ses charmes. Lovely apartment in magical Venice

The apartment was beautiful, just as pictured! Our 18 year old daughter loved the small loft and chose to stay there instead of in the second bedroom. The location of the apartment was perfect - quiet but an easy walk to everything with nice restaurants and shops just steps away. Great communication before our arrival and we were welcomed warmly at check-in. Highly recommend, you can’t go wrong with this apartment.
