Luxury Waterfront House in the Moovalya Keys with Parking

This an awesome six bedroom four and a half bath house on the best canal in the Keys, we are on the outside of the gates, so there are no parking restrictions. We are across from Circle K which is convenient for beer, ice, propane, coffee and snacks for the kids. Put your boat in, park the car and just have fun! Your own 50' private dock (Two boat maximum).

- Bedroom 1: Primary, California King bed and en-suite bathroom, includes Tv with Directv
- Bedroom 2 and 3 : Queen Beds that share a jack and jill bathroom
- Bedroom 4: Twin over full bunk-bed and twin bed with an en-suite bathroom, includes Roku TV for streaming
- Bedroom 5: California King Bed
- Bedroom 6: Queen bed includes TV with Roku for Streaming
- Bathroom 4 located across the hall from bedrooms 5 and 6

Propane grill included on the side of the house. Fully equipped Kitchen.
Event and holiday weekends require a four night minimum. Feel free to contact me with ANY questions. This is a non-smoking house and no pets are allowed under any circumstances, either will result in a forfeited deposit. Feel free to contact us with questions!

AGAIN, NO PETS ALLOWED. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT AS IT WILL BE APPLIED TO EXTRA CLEANING FEES.

Maximum number of guests is 14. Per HOA rules a tenant information sheet is required for all renters. Any additional guest will result in additional charges deducted from the deposit.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed, all the amenities, plenty of room for everyone, great master suite with a hot tub, cold A/C, great patio, great dock. The owner was very helpful if we had any questions. We’ve been to the keys quite a few times and this house is one of my favorites now. We will definitely come back

Fabulous stay

This is the second time stayed here in this house. It didn't disappoint us. The property host was most helpful with our questions and gave recommendations of what was happening on the river. To ensure we had a wonderful time.

What a fun relaxing comfortable place to be

Our annual company party was a hit at this property! Everyone enjoyed their stay and the location was very convenient. The house was clean and the patio/ dock area was good. The beds and bathrooms were perfect! Our host was on spot with any questions and available through text at all times. 2 fridges was a plus!

House worked perfectly for our group. Plenty of larger beds and beds for singles. Kitchen was well stocked and didnt have any issues with anything not functioning.

Great house for a family stay!!!

All the comforts and conveniences of home! Great big house- we felt so cozy and right at home. Perfect for all ages. The driveway was plenty big enough for our cars, bait and trailer! we loved eating on the patio and the big dock below to keep our boat in the water and play there too! We will be back!!! The house was very clean and we were happy to have lots of room to enjoy our family. It was very convenient to be able to walk down to the gas station/market. The driveway space was great! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the fridge looked new, clean and clear for use. I most definitely would love to rent this house again next year!

Great place and property owner is very responsive!

Nice property and very responsive property manager. My husband and I, daughter and her husband and our 4 grand daughters ranging from 1-7 years old stayed there for 3 nights and it worked out perfectly. Definitely, recommend it! Property has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nice big great room with plenty of seating and we enjoyed the balcony on the canal.

We're coming back!

This was our first time at the Keys and Steve helped it turn out perfectly! The Keys feel like Venice.. but within driving distance, and like a houseboat ..but on land! Our 8 relatives enjoyed the 4 cute and clean bedrooms with really 4 bathrooms....(half bath) (a must for 5 women) The house had everything for a long weekend, even kabob sticks! The parking really is a gem for trailers and simply easy to come and go, without gates and zero hassles and a dash to Circle K. We rented wave runners and brought our kayaks and had a blast. FYI the local cell service with ATT was limited but Steve's Wifi helped with texting. We will be back!

Parker Oasis on the river.

Excellent communication with the property owner. The accommodations are second to none with a private dock just out of the back door. Ample parking in the front of the 3 car garage to park a long bed truck and trailer I look forward to staying again.

Great Stay in the Keyes!

Our group went for my husband’s 40th birthday! This place was great! We had 4 couples. Everyone had their own space and the house overall is very roomy! The parking for the home was super beneficial being that we all had our own cars and a couple of boat trailers.. In addition, several trips were conveniently made to Circle K right across the street for ice, etc. Would highly recommend!
