Memorial Day weekend

We had a great stay!! Amazing location and beautiful home with everything we needed for our weekend with family. Quiet neighbors and perfect swimming area for the kids. Would stay again!

Great River Trip

This is an excellent property if you’re looking for a place big enough for a couple of families to enjoy. Kitchen and amenities are all on point and most items are pretty new and high quality.

Our week on the Colorado River

The rental that we booked is very nice and was appointed with everything that you could possibly need. Location is excellent and the private dock is a definite plus. My family is considering booking it for another week next year.

Beautiful home

Such a gorgeous home right along the water that had everything we could ask for and then some. Amazing kitchen and lovely outdoor place, we took advantage and made some lovely brunches to eat out on the deck!

Fabulous

Excellent location right on water. Easy access to our boat. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with new appliances. Lovely furnishings beds were so comfortable high end linens. We had 2-6 yr old granddaughters and 2-10 yr old grandsons and there parents. Plenty of inside and outside room.

Great Stay

We had the best time in Parker. The home is exceptional and the location and views are stunning. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. Thank you for letting us stay, we will definitely be back. The owner was extremely helpful and took extra time to make sure our trip was perfect!

Great location on the river!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I was easy access and right on the river. It was beautifully maintained and had everything you could need. There was plenty of room for us and the deck and patio were a perfect place to lounge and hang out. We loved our stay here and would love to return.

Amazing property and great owners

The house cannot be nicer, great floor plan that accommodates so well. Also a beautiful patio and deck with fixed dock. Perfect spot on the river to swim right in front without strong currents. Great family place, wonderful property

Wonderful spot on the river!

This house was perfectly comfortable for my family and myself. We really enjoyed our river trip and it was very hard to leave! We were so comfortable in the house and on the dock and enjoyed the bonus paddle boards for extra fun!

Quick get-away

This property is in a great location. We appreciated the cleanliness and ample space the house provided. The deck looking out over the river was my favorite place to sit and relax. The property manager and owners were both very nice and helpful.

This is a VACATION!

This is our second year we've stayed here! We've enjoyed ourselves so much that we've booked the place 2 more times this summer. This placed is now our "2nd home", we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the river. Owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We can't wait until our next visit!

Love the place

The owner was fantastic communication was great the location in the house itself was wonderful the on-site property manager one of the meanest and nastiest people I've ever ran into would not go back if he was still a manager if he wasn't we would utilized the property again and again really liked it.

Wonderful home - even better location

This is a new favorite rental. The owner, Lori, is easy to communicate with. They treat their guests as family. Property is exactly as the description provides. The dock worked well with our 24’ boat. We will be back!

Amazing house and location!

We had the best time staying at this house! The location is perfect with large U dock for the boat and great swimming area with no current. The house was just renovated renovated and they did an amazing job! Spoke with owners a couple times and they were so nice and helpful. The property manager Chris was great and super helpful. All of them were just great people. My family and I had an absolute blast and we all agreed that we will be staying here every summer!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We rented both houses, and it was perfect for our family, to include grandchildren. The beds were comfortable, the houses were immaculate. Communication was great. I had 3 daughter in laws and a niece with us- we were so thankful for the paddleboards- an added surprise. The girls went out and enjoyed themselves. We will be back! PERFECT Riverside House(s)

We have stayed in Parker many times along the river and in the Keys, and Lori and James’s houses were by far the best we have stayed in. We rented both houses, which are basically conjoined, and it was perfect for our multi-family vacation. Everyone was super comfortable with their own room and essentially everyone got their own bathrooms too. The houses were both immaculate and stocked with anything you could need. The location was gorgeous and the area right off the dock is shallow enough to wade in the water/hang out/swim. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our visit.

The location, size and layout of the property was great. We enjoyed the size of the kitchen and loved the patio overlooking the river. However the house could use some updating and deep cleaning. The surface was clean but inside drawers and cabinets was not. Also the toilet in the horse room was not working properly. The grill had been used and not cleaned, so we decided not to use it. We also noticed there was a sign in the house that said the price was $1000.00 a week from October thru March, but we paid $1500.00 for five days. Overall we had a nice trip, but as I stated some deep cleaning and updates would make your guest feel more comfortable.
