Memorial Day weekend

Great River Trip

This is an excellent property if you’re looking for a place big enough for a couple of families to enjoy. Kitchen and amenities are all on point and most items are pretty new and high quality.

Love coffee on the comfortable patio chairs watching the boaters go by. And the beds! I have my best sleep there as the mattresses are to die for! Our week on the Colorado River

Such a gorgeous home right along the water that had everything we could ask for and then some. Amazing kitchen and lovely outdoor place, we took advantage and made some lovely brunches to eat out on the deck!

Great location on the river!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I was easy access and right on the river. It was beautifully maintained and had everything you could need. There was plenty of room for us and the deck and patio were a perfect place to lounge and hang out. We loved our stay here and would love to return.

Amazing property and great owners

The house cannot be nicer, great floor plan that accommodates so well. Also a beautiful patio and deck with fixed dock. Perfect spot on the river to swim right in front without strong currents. Great family place, wonderful property

Great Stay

We had the best time in Parker. The home is exceptional and the location and views are stunning. There was plenty of room for our 2 families and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. Wonderful spot on the river!

This house was perfectly comfortable for my family and myself. We really enjoyed our river trip and it was very hard to leave! We were so comfortable in the house and on the dock and enjoyed the bonus paddle boards for extra fun!

Quick get-away

This property is in a great location. We appreciated the cleanliness and ample space the house provided. The deck looking out over the river was my favorite place to sit and relax. The property manager and owners were both very nice and helpful.

This is a VACATION!

This is our second year we've stayed here! We've enjoyed ourselves so much that we've booked the place 2 more times this summer. This placed is now our "2nd home", we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the river. Owner is very easy to work with and very accommodating. We can't wait until our next visit!

The owner was fantastic communication was great the location in the house itself was wonderful the on-site property manager one of the meanest and nastiest people I've ever ran into would not go back if he was still a manager if he wasn't we would utilized the property again and again really liked it.

Fabulous

Excellent location right on water. Easy access to our boat. Beautiful kitchen fully furnished with new appliances. Lovely furnishings beds were so comfortable high end linens. We had 2-6 yr old granddaughters and 2-10 yr old grandsons and there parents. Plenty of inside and outside room.

Wonderful home - even better location

This is a new favorite rental. The owner, Lori, is easy to communicate with. They treat their guests as family. Property is exactly as the description provides. The dock worked well with our 24’ boat. We will be back!
