The kitchen has brand new counters, stainless steel appliances and fridge with ice maker and filtered water. There is an additional counter top ice maker on the bar stand. All appliances and cook ware you may need are provided, including Keurig and traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, stand and hand mixer for the bakers in the family. It has a breakfast area round table with additional counter seating for 9 for family breakfasts. The beautiful dining room seats 8-10 (leaf can be added). There are new HD flat screens in all bedrooms except the bunkroom. It has secure WiFi internet and cable. There is an outdoor shower making after beach time fun and easy. The gas grill was purchased in June of 2022. Grill utensils are in the kitchen. Chairs and toys are available in our large detached garage. Our community is 3 short blocks off 30-A and 27 miles of bike path. There is a 2 car garage and plenty of parking in a large driveway with a basketball hoop.. This corner lot is very large and has plenty of room for kids to explore after a day at the beach. This quiet, gated community is the perfect spot to let kids ride and run around. Goat feather's fish market and restaurant and Under the Sea ice cream is a quick walk or bike ride up the street, while Sea Side and Water Color are short drive down 30-A. Old Florida Beach is a very special place with the least crowded beach along 30-A!
