Esta es una casa victoriana de dos pisos recientemente renovada, ubicada a tres cuadras de la playa. Tiene 6/7 dormitorios, durmiendo 12 fácilmente. La cocina está recién renovada y tiene un refrigerador grande, lavavajillas, estufa / horno, cafetera, horno tostador y horno de microondas. También tiene lavadora / secadora, amplio porche y un montón de estacionamiento en el lugar (aproximadamente 9 coches). La propiedad tiene un lote doble con una gran área de césped para bádminton, voleibol, etc. Cable digital gratuito HiDef, WiFi asegurado, aire acondicionado central, barbacoa exterior, ducha exterior y limpieza profesional después de su estancia. A poca distancia de la playa, paseo marítimo, restaurantes, mini-golf, Acme y otras comodidades cercanas.
Ideal para 2-3 familias (mucho espacio y estacionamiento). Además, pregunte por nuestra casa de campo que tiene capacidad para 4 personas adicionales.

Perfect getaway home for my friends and family

Property was clean and well maintained with lots of parking which was ideal for our group since we all came at different times because of our work schedules, so we had six vehicles which would’ve been a nightmare trying to find parking for anywhere else. the beach was a short walk away and outdoor shower at the house came in handy getting that sand off after a day at the beach. the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had all in all we had an amazing stay!

Wonderful for families!

When I first looked at this property, I thought it was too far from the beach. But blocks in Wildwood are actually quite short so it was a brief jaunt to the sand. The owner responded almost immediately to any questions I had. The house was perfect for all the people staying. And the location was great! Plenty of parking and actual grass for the kids to play on! Hoping to go again next year.

Fun at Wildwood Crest, Lavender Road

My family (3 kids, two spouses, 3 grandchildren all had a fun time together at the home on Lavender Eoad. The owners are very communicative and helpful. The location was great. A lan 8-minute walk to the beach entrance. The house worked very well for my married children and to ei little ones. Ii hi th toy recommend this rental.

House for little people

I felt that the rooms would be larger than they were. we arrived and found the upstairs toilet was not working, the micro wave kept tripping the circuit breaker. but the owner was on top of any problem that we came across, and had a repair person at the house within hours. We made our stay most enjoyable. My advise to the owner, put twin beds in the futon rooms. My back is still hurting. even the rain did not stop us from having fun. VRBO should be glad to have management like JJ management to work with. next time leave a event magazine on the table. informative.

While the house had enough places for everyone to sleep the rooms inside of rooms was not something in the listing details, and as a group of all couples it made sleeping arrangements interesting. On top of that we are all 95% sure we came home with BED BUGS(as we were all bitten(not regular bug bites),and the beds has evidence of bed bugs(brown spots)) the listing had AC in the amenities and when we got there it said heat only on the thermostat, and the water pressure in all showers were below average. Additionally the camera to monitor the property is right outside the outdoor shower.

Accommodated our group of 10 but needs some attention. We still had a really good time.

This property was ok but definitely needs some attention. The lights were flickering quite often and although it boasts 2 indoor showers and 1 outdoor , if one person was showering the other 2 had no water coming out. Very challenging esp.,when you have 5 adults and 5 kids needing showers after the beach . We also experienced problems with the key lock code. Jeffrey did respond immediately when we couldn't get in. However it didn't work the remainder of our time there. Thank heavens for regular keys! The bed we slept in dipped in the middle , so it felt like we were sleeping in the side of a hill. Although the sleeping quarters are a little different , it worked for our group. . We cooked meals in every night except one. There are a few pots and pans there but we found it helpful to bring a crockpot, stock pot, some bowls( there was one medium size there)and a large frying pan . Definitely bring paper towels , toilet paper , foil , baggies , napkins, We used mostly paper plates , which served our family well. It is a hike to the beach especially with little ones . So we packed a van each day with kiddos and beach equipment and got dropped off . The others walked the couple blocks. We enjoyed the large front porch , large parking pad, back patio and grill . Jeffrey was available for questions and was kind enough to allow our son and family to stay in the cottage on the property for one night when their Cape May property wasn't being vacated until the next day.. We appreciated that greatly . We did have a great week being with family. I'm not sure we would stay here again . We would probably try to find something closer to the beach and with a pool.

Sadly disappointed

While the location and outdoor space was excellent, there were other issues that were a problem. To start our vacation, I had no idea how to get in the property. I have never used Vrbo before and emailed the property manager two days before mentioning I didn't understand the procedure with no response. We got there and I was in a panic because I was looking for a keycode or lockbox. It was just by chance that my husband tried the back door. Another major issue is that there is an infestation of tiny ants, they were just about everywhere. There were ant traps set out which did not seem to do anything, and we bought more to see if it would help the problem, which it didn't. We had to throw away some food, and my elderly mother woke to find some even in her pill case! I emailed the property manager and there was no response. The property says it sleeps up to 12, and yes like other reviews I saw the one room is super creepy. We had 9 people at one point, and wanted to cook mostly there (with my mom we didn't want to eat out much) and the gas grill caught fire because it was so filthy with grease! So that left us with indoor cooking, which would be fine if the kitchenware was ample for a large group, and if there was cutlery, dishes etc. for a group larger than 8. All in all we did make do, but we all haven't been on vacation in quite a while and weren't planning on all of this. The house is charming and with some simple things like a little paint and cleaning up some rusty spots could be much more enjoyable, and someone had communicated to be before now, I would not have to be spending my Monday morning before going to work writing this.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The owner is very nice and responsive. The location to the beach and boardwalk is great, however it is more than 3 blocks to the beach so littles may not be able to walk the entire way. The outside space and parking was awesome. We spent a lot of our time on the front porch and at the picnic table out back. The neighborhood is very nice. The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably. The small room with the single bed and the futon rooms are uncomfortable, but can work for kids. Overall we had a great stay.

Communication is important

Communication is important when viewing the property on the website I assume that a couple of the bedrooms would be on maybe the third floor but people should know that some of the rooms are inside of other rooms my experience was OK we had a great time and communicating with the owner was also very easy and he responds right away

I loved the closeness to the beach.

I felt that black mold in both bathrooms was terrible. I had to buy new shower curtain because the mildew on upstairs bathroom shower curtain was disgusting . There was also trash on floor in upstairs bathroom on arrival. Kitchen was very nice. Downstairs living area was nice. Little room upstairs was creepy.

needs some work

We had 9 people in the house and there was an adequate but not ideal amount of rooms/beds. Two "beds" were very uncomfortable IKEA like sofas that converted to beds. One bed was in a closet with windows/vents that opened up into other rooms. not too much privacy for 2 rooms. Biggest problem was the bathroom situation. The main floor bathroom shower was unusable as it barely had water pressure. This issue forced all 9 people to share the upstairs shower. Not ideal for so many people. The property manager was nice and personable but the property needs work/updates

Our Covid 19 Vacation

We weren't sure what to expect this year but this vacation rental was home for a few days. While no place is perfect & there were a few thngs not working, my family & I found the place clean warm and comfortable. Thank you to Jeff & Mike for a wonderful stay.

Lovely Wildwood Crest Home

We had a great time at this Wildwood Crest home. It was very clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of off street parking. We were a family of 8 which included a 3 year old and a 14 month old. If you have small children like this please make sure you bring a child safety gate to block off the stairs leading up to the 2nd floor. We had relatives who visited from Delaware overnight which brought the count up to 12 people and we were very comfortable. This house is located on a very quiet and beautiful street. The front porch has a gate that locks and is so nice to sit on while the children play. The owner was very easy to get a hold of with any questions. The only reason I gave this property 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that it is a bit of a hike to the beach and boardwalk. That being said we loved this house.

GREAT WEEK

Our family ranges in age from 2 years old to 79 years old. This home was perfect for all of us. The interior, the front porch, the back yard, the lawn for the children to play, the nearness to the ocean are just a few of the amenities that this home offers. We would rent this again next year.

Nice and close to he beach and boardwalk. Close to bars and restaurants also.

The house is in good shape and for 5 adults just fine. Good kitchen with some pots and pans ( you may have to bring your own if you want to make anything special). Owner is quick to respond if there are any problems or questions. I would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We traveled to Wildwood for an event on the beach. The property is just a short walk to the beach, so there's no need to drive & pay for parking. Everything was clean & comfortable. Nice patio area that we fully enjoyed & plenty of off street parking, which was super convenient! The bedroom layout is a bit odd - you have to go through bedrooms to get to 3 of the 5, but it is an older house. The futons are better suited for young kids. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs. The owner was easily reached for the few issues we had & they were quickly resolved! We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood

The beds were very comfortable, house was clean, air conditioning worked well, neighborhood was very quiet, and it was a nice walk to the beach. Things that were not so good are the water pressure in the showers was very low, living room furniture is very old and needs replacing, pillows were ancient as well. The house is advertised as 6-7 bedrooms, but in reality there are really 4 bedrooms, as indicated on the certificate of occupancy from the Municipality posted on the wall. There are 2 futons off of the 2 upstairs bedroom, but I would only put a small child on one of them. The 7th "bedroom" is an attic space off on of the bedrooms upstairs, with no window or closet and a very sloped ceiling. For our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers, the house worked out okay, but if you had all adults, they would have to understand that the bedroom situation is not as listed.

Property was exactly how described

Great area, only a few blocks away from the beach. You can fit 4-5 cars in the driveway plus there is parking on the street. Outside shower was perfect for after the beach with a table to hangout outside. Everything was accurately described about the house. Make sure to bring papers items, napkins, toilet paper etc.

Convenient lodging for a group

Our group stayed at the house for a weekend in June. The house was easy to find, within walking distance to the beach, and conveniently located near some restaurants. We liked the patio, outdoor shower, and lots of parking. Getting and returning the keys was easy and the manager was friendly in communication. Some of the bedroom configurations were a bit unusual but that happens in shore houses. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, please be aware there's no oven (just stovetop) and minimal pots, pans, other kitchen essentials. Be advised check out is a bit early at 10am. We would stay here again.
