This by far was the best agent i ever worked with in 35 years of booking rentals.The property was clean and well keep. The owner was very nice and so were the neighbors.

Great Family Vacation

Great location, grill, pool and lots of space for our 12 family members. We rent bikes for the week from Bradley's and that allows us to bike anytime we want. Enjoy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to the Seaview Ave house since our grandkids were young (now young adults). We have always looked forward to this vacation every summer. I appreciate all the wonderful changes the new owners have done. Start with keyless entry. With 10 adults there is no more "do you have a key" or "who has the key". It is newly painted with soothing colors. There are the new quality stainless steel pots, flatware, and glasses that match. There are new comforters for the beds and two comfortable chairs for Grandma and Grandpa in the master bedroom. Everything is lovely. You also get Ralph Johnson from the Powers Group. He is always available to answer your questions and fix any problem. Rent this place but not on my week.

2026 Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: This the third year that we rented this is advertised as a 5 bedroom however 1 of the rooms they are considering a bedroom is on the first floor by the front entry. So the front door can not be used if privacy is an issue. Otherwise the home itself is very close to beach/boardwalk and has alot of space for a family. Pool in the back yard is not large but does the trick.Kitchen has good dishes and pots and pans. Improved from last year. Just need more wine glasses. All in all this accomadation is very good! We love it there. Barbeque in back needs to be replaced. Difficult to use as back shelf is broke and affects your ability to close. Great Rental

This was a much better accomadation and plan to return next year. Accomodations are exactly as described and home is beautiful.We do most of our own preparation for meals and the kitchen had all necessary equipement.

A great place for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three generations together at this shore house and it was great. The pool was a beautiful bonus, especially for the little ones. The location is great, just a few blocks to the beach.Our little ones liked Brandon's Pancake House, just a block away, and such wonderful people who own it. We loved Carini's, Duffers,Primos, Brittons, and Fish Factory. We thought the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds all seemed new, and were very comfortable.Loved the ceiling fans in each bedroom. It was very clean when we arrived, and we appreciated the sheets and bath towels being provided, as we traveled from Illinois to Wildwood Crest. The Powers Group kept us well informed through the whole rental process, and gave us timely updates when needed. We would love to rent this place again, and hopefully come back in a couple of years.

One block to the free tennis and pickleball ball courts and close to a tasty ice cream parlorplus a pool and gas barbeques (shared with the other half of the house), this location has something for everyone.

Summer Vacation July 4th

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental came with some perks that were very much appreciated. The rental came with bed linens and towels (laundered and provided in clean linen bags) and handling of the trash/recycles on the days they were to be put outside.The beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked out for us (we are a family of cooks). The living room sofas are beginning to show their usage, but we've seen this often in rentals.The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and they had a tough time saying goodbye to that! Now they want one at home - haha.Overall, we will most likely rent this unit again because the unit provides what we need for our family and one thing I enjoyed was our contact Ralph who was very attentive and caring before, during and after our vacation - thank you Ralph!

Reviewer Comments: Eleven of our extended family, did adults and five kids, had a great week at this location three blocks from the beach but also convenient to walk to food and the all important evening ice cream run. Lots of room for all.
