There is a covered parking spot under the deck to help keep your vehicle out of the weather! 16 Wabasso is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Upstair Bedroom has a King bed, futon,and private Bathroom. The Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a flip out Single Mattress. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the Family Room. I bought this townhouse because I am obsessed with skiing. It was the best option for me to be able to get out of town quickly without going to Colorado or Utah. It's great for skiers but has so much to do in the Summer too!

Felt like I was in Aspen! ❤️
This place was perfect! I felt like I was in Aspen! You are right in in the thick of it all, in a ski resort town, with a quaint cottege feel. You can ski right from this place down the mountain. Close to everything! Roomy and the full kitchen was amazing to cook in. I would stay there again, and want to next year during ski season.
Good location, but careful with the owner
The house is good (not as great as the pictures suggest) but the location really is wonderful. The problem is the owner, his ridiculous requests and unfair dealings. Owner kept the whole deposit alleging all kinds of nonsense like a ruined bowl, carpets with mud...etc. My wife is extremely careful and we even had to wake up early to leave the house in perfect conditions; the one thing we did is we forgot my daughter's toy and yes she left tiny rocks in the sink, but from there to keep the full refund is a long way. If ever to visit VW again, certainly not with these types of owners.
We try to take great care of the condo so all of our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay. We unfortunately had a lot of damage during your stay. We have a small security deposit ($200) to protect from any damage.

Beautiful Place; perfect location
What a fun weekend! The skiing was great and the accommodations were spotless. Welcoming and updated, this ski-in/out rental was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, very nice, very comfortable. Coming from Colorado skiing, snowshoe offers the best I’ve seen west of the Mississippi. Highly recommend this rental!
We absolutely loved Snowshoe! Our cabin was everything we expected and more! The cabin had everything you would need to stay! Would definitely come back and stay here!

Clean, cozy, and spacious condo, with one of the best locations at Snowshoe Mountain!
This condo was the perfect place to stay for our weekend trip to Snowshoe! Upon arrival we were amazed at the convenience of the covered parking below the condo, and size of the place. We had plenty of room for ourselves and all of our ski equipment. The condo was well kept, clean, and cozy. We loved building a fire and having plenty of room to make meals in the kitchen and relax after a long day on the slopes. Best of all, the location of the condo was amazing. We could ski right in and out off the mountain, and we were just a quick 10 minute walk from the village. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay in this place longer. We will definitely be back to enjoy the grill and balcony in the summer or fall!

Terms and Conditions Payments-- When you stay with Pape Investment Properties, your rental deposit of the total rental cost has been paid at booking. All reservations are subject to 6% sales and use tax and a 6% occupancy tax. ALL ADVANCE RENTAL PAYMENTS, BALANCES AND DAMAGE DEPOSITS ARE DEPOSITED IN PAPE INVESTMENT’S NON-INTEREST BEARING TRUST ACCOUNT AT CHASE BANK OF OHIO. RENT PAYMENTS ARE DISBURSED TO PROPERTY OWNERS ON A MONTHLY BASIS. Cancelations and Reservations Changes-- These are guaranteed Reservations that you are responsible for. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, monies cannot be returned unless the property is re-rented at no loss to the owner. If the property is re-rented for the same time period and at the same rate, a refund will be due to leaseholder within 20 days of the close of the business month of arrival. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RE-RENT THE PROPERTY, THE FULL RENTAL AMOUNT WILL BE DUE AND PAYABLE. All cancelations and reservation changes will incur a $50.00 fee. Transferring Dates-- When you are faced with the possibility that your entire deposit will be forfeited, you may request a transfer in the same unit the same year. When transferring from a higher rental rate season to a lower rental rate season, you will still be charged the higher rate. When transferring from a lower rental rate season to a higher rental rate season, you will be charged the higher rental rate. All transfers may incur a $25.00 fee.
