Panoramic flat located in the historic center of Florence, the Oltrarno neighborhood, away from heavy tourist traffic and just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens. Just one block away from Piazza Santo Spirito, Piazza del Carmine (The Brancacci Chapel in the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine) and the Arno river (Lungarno).

The apartment is situated mid way between the Carraia and the Santa Trinita bridges, an absolutely perfect location. Walking distance from the most important monuments and museums, bus and train stations.

Description: Sun-filled, very comfortable, newly renovated large one-bedroom apartment with entry hall, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with washer & dryer, living room, bedroom with a queen size bed and a quiet air conditioner, bathroom with shower, closet. Bedroom and kitchen have original, wood-beamed high ceilings. Kitchen and living room have a panoramic view of monuments! Top floor (4th American floor/3rd European floor) of a typical 15th-century walk-up building. Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The apartment comfortably fit two people only.

Views: The apartment is overlooking a charming narrow cobblestone street and rooftops, with a glimpse of the Santo Spirito and the Giotto bell towers, the Dome of the Cathedral of Florence (the Duomo), Pitti Palace and Forte Belvedere.

Location: Experience an authentic, elegant Florentine historic neighborhood with beauty and character, vibrant, with access to good quality food stores and markets, art & antique galleries, restaurants, bars, nightlife, outdoor cafes with umbrellas in the Piazza and artisan shops!

The Oltrarno area, where the apartment is situated, is Florence's Left Bank of sorts, and it has so much to offer in terms of art, history and local culture. After a day exploring its streets, you will feel like locals. What Florence hides behind its famously austere face more than makes up for it with delightful, one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants.

It is a great alternative to a conventional tourist experience. It's like "living Florence" instead of just visiting it.

Wifi et vue

Malgré le code laissé par la propriétaire le wifi s est coupé en moins de 48h nous obligeant à utiliser notre abonnement mobile 4G. La vue de l appartement n est pas Panoramique comme indiqué sur l annonce mais permet une vue sur quelques tuiles des immeubles proches et une vue longtaine sur le haut du dôme de la basique Di Santo Spirito

Ideal base

Great location. Perfect base to explore the city. Only downside is the 6 flight of stairs to the apartment- but Its good endurance excercise for the walking intended to do;-)
