The location is good. It is in walking distance from most of the major attractions.Check in process can be improved to make it self check in and allow late checkin after 8 pm.I copied the address from the listing to Google maps, it took us to a wrong location. Be careful when using Google maps. May be it didn't understand the address convention used in Italy.

The location was great, and the host was responsive. The apartment has a small kitchenette as advertised. However, we were there in the middle of summer with temperatures above 35c outside, and the air conditioner was broken so it was even hotter inside. The host offered an extra fan, but that only blew hot air around so we couldn't stay. We left and found an actual hotel instead (paying extra). It is maybe a decent room in cooler months, or if they ever fix the air conditioner, but we would not recommend it based on our July experience.
