The space had all the amenities and comforts for a great stay. The layout was perfect with a toddler. I did contact the company to see if they could provide a pack and play or crib, but i never received a response. So i bought a rail for the full size bed which worked. I was a little disappointed because my husband found a pack and play in the closet. I wish all of the contents in the closet were in the discription. Side note: the floors were swept but needed to be mopped. It was super slippery and made our feet black. Also this cant be helped but there was a lot of street noise. Especially saturday night crowd and the nearby rooftop club. Also constuction crews were working on the road on a sunday night at 9pm and came back to finish the job at 2am. All in all, a good place to lay your head at night.

Great Location!

Condo was easy to find, check in instructions were nicely communicated. Great location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants & activities. Nice view off the balcony. We thought we had an issue with the bathroom outlet (It was just a tripped outlet in the other bathroom.) The property manager came right away to address it. We were just meeting family for a short stay but will definitely be going back!

Great place

Great place to stay. Very clean. Exceeded our expectations. Will stay again. All kinds of beech stuff available to take to the beach. Beautiful view of the bay and you could see the gulf as well.

Perfect location

We loved the location and how close it is to everything. The views from both the balcony and front balcony were amazing! The place was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and all the stuff we needed for the beach. We appreciated that.

Nice condo, good location close to restaurants and beach

Overall this is a nice, comfortable condo; just a few minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurant options. Quiet building except road below can sometimes get loud at night. Lovely views from main and private balconies, saw dolphins in the dock area. Pool is nice, shared with the building next door so finding seating later in the day becomes tricky when it's busier at the pool. Closet was stocked well with beach equipment, but chaise lounges and chairs are also available for rent for a reasonable daily rate at the beach.Our only complaints were that the unit wasn't ready at check in so we had to wait outside until cleaning was finished up - slightly frustrating after being up early and traveling all day. Also, only three rolls of 1-ply toilet paper are supplied for the two bathroom condo so if you have a family of four or more staying there, be prepared to supply your own replacement toilet paper.

Great Stay

This condo was very spacious, perfect for 5 adults. The online pictures and listing information were spot on for what to expect. We walked to Pier 60 and the marina many times. My husband is not much of a Florida heat person, so the central AC was fantastic. The kitchen was great to have. We had breakfast options every morning and even cooked one dinner. I would definitely book here again. Thanks for a great Clearwater stay.

Amazing Condo

The condo was exactly as described. The location was perfect and had beautiful views of the bay. We saw dolphins numerous mornings while sitting outside. Walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The condo had a beach cart for all of our gear. Made the trek to the beach very simple.Parking is excellent with about twenty spaces under cover the rest semi covered. Came in handy when hurricane Debby came through. Check in process was quite easy. Jorge even letter us come in before check in to change for the beach. The condo was very clean and very spacious. The condo has a washer and dryer. The dryer seems to be going bad, as it took a long time for clothes to dry. If you rent this place you won’t be disappointed. Even has a dock to fish off of. Kris Wilkins

No more Hotels going forward!

This place was absolutely perfect. From this location you can enjoy the bay in the morning watching the sunrise and the gulf in the evening for your personal balcony. When we walked in, we immediately felt like home with the kitchen and washer/dryer. One side of the place was our room and on the other was the kids bedroom (couldn’t hear them). The place is within walking distance from just about everything. Thank you! Well worth it!

Convenient beach location

Enjoyed this corner condo with decks and lovely views on 2 sides. Clearwater beach was a short walk away. Owner/management was very accommodating. Only real downside was decorative pillows on all the sofas and beds that looked like they needed to be washed, so we washed them. Nice to have the washer and dryer. Other than that, we were happy and enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Description of the property was not accurate. Plug in one bathroom kept tripping. Distance to the beach was to a very small rocky area; not the main beach. Was clean and and had adequate furnishings.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

My sister mother and I met in Clearwater for a getaway. The property was very clean, welcoming and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing!! Perfectly located. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Clearwater Beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My mom has a hard time with stairs and it was awesome that this place had an elevator for her convenience. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. My sister and I arrived before check in to put some groceries in the fridge and the guy cleaning was actually disinfecting all the tile floors with a machine. So when I say it was clean, I really mean clean. My husband and I are going to be planning another trip to Clearwater Beach with our children and this is the place we would want to come back to. Amazing views also!!
