Modern Treehouse - Unique Contemporary Home Nestled in the Forest, Hot Tub, Fireplace, Game Room

This property, offered by Stewart Mountain Lodging, comes with access to other amenities and many additional properties nearby.

The spacious 4 bedroom Modern Treehouse offers all the comforts and private setting for your group of explorers. The open living room and kitchen offer floor to ceiling windows with forest views. Add the skylights and atrium, and it brings the outdoors in while you relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace.

Enjoy the hot tub on the deck under the stars or the sauna inside after a hard day of playing in the mountains. The game room is at the far end of the home above the garage where the kids can play and leave the adults in peace or vice versa. A pool table, Ping-Pong and giant scrabble board mounted to the wall will keep everyone entertained for hours.

Hiking, biking, fishing, skiing are all minutes away from the Modern Treehouse.

Let Stewart Mountain Lodging host your mountain getaway! We live here in Sundance full time - so we're always available. You'll love our private park, "The Hollow", with an outdoor fireplace and Zip Line swing. With our full concierge services we can arrange for a day of fly fishing with our favorite guides, recommend a variety of local day trips and/or hikes, or arrange a massage in your home. You'll love the personal touch and gracious hospitality of your mountain hosts. We would love to share this magical place with you.

Wonderful Retreat

The house was clean and well stocked. It was in a great location surrounded by beautiful mountains. The accommodations were perfect for a large family gathering, and the manager was helpful and responsive to any of our questions.

Weekend getaway

Everything about our weekend getaway was great! From the booking to our stay. The Modern Treehouse was clean, beautiful and the perfect place to spend family time. Our kids are already planning out our next trip to this amazing cabin.

Family weekend

This house was so great. It had all the amenities we needed plus some. When we arrived the home was ready for us and felt very welcoming. We didnt need anything but they let us know if we did they were close by. We will definitely stay here again it was a fun house

Extraordinary service. Stewart Mountain Lodging helped us find another cabin very quickly after our cabin flooded. The trip was still great, with barely a hiccup changing from one cabin to the other.

Amazing!

The house was beautiful, the view, spectacular! There was so much to do in the area but When we just wanted to hang out… we had many activities at the house as well. Everything we might need was provided at the house and communication With the property management was easy. Everything was perfect!

Very nice.. beautiful location

Nice property overall. One of the bathrooms the bathtub was not draining, and the rail going upstairs to the ping pong and pool table kept falling off so we had to keep putting it back on. Other than those issues, we had a really nice time and the setting is beautiful

Perfect getaway

My family and I have stayed at a lot of homes in different locations...this one was by far one of our favorites. The location is wonderful. Surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery. There is nothing quite like waking up to the smell of the woods and rain. Brad was very accommodating. We scheduled two massages for two different days. The massage was probably one of the best I have received. We will definitely be returning.

Family Week

The property and area were excellent. The only negative was that the WIFI/cable came in and out a few times per day. Communication from property managers was excellent despite the disappointing service from the cable company. We would strongly recommend this property and the family that runs it,

We loved the house and location! The kitchen was fabulous with every small appliance you would need to create a gourmet meal. Watching the snow fall as we sat in the treetops made this a Christmas we will never forget😍

Amazing Getaway

We had the best time at the modern treehouse. We celebrated my father's 80th birthday, went on long walks, watched football, and cooked delicious meals. The house is beautiful and well-appointed. The layout offers every guest privacy and individual space, and the communal areas provide comfortable and open spaces to gather. The concierge service was amazing; extremely communicative and quick to respond to any requests. We couldn't have had a better time.

Beautiful modern location with great view

My team and I came here for an annual business planning retreat, it was the perfect set up. You have to remember this is a "tree house" its literally built around them, LOL. It's a gorgeous location and cabin. Plenty of places to sleep, play, and work :) Love the ability to go down to the resort for dinner or stay in! Showers have GREAT water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Love the hot tub too!

Amazing weekend at the treehouse!

There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful this home is! I have spent a lot of time in Sundance, many weekends at the resort, but have never loved it more than I did staying at the treehouse! The home is gorgeous, unique, immaculately clean, and an incredible place to get away. I had privacy and all of the comforts of home. The home speaks for itself, but there were some stand outs worth mentioning! The steam shower in the master was bliss! The master bed, and bedding were insanely comfortable! I didn’t want to get out of bed! When I did finally peel myself from the bed, I was able to walk out the door and take a beautiful walk/hike to the falls! The resort is a short drive down the hill for some great food! Check in was incredible, the property managers stayed in touch with me the whole time making sure my stay was everything I wanted and more! As someone who has traveled the world and stayed in some of the best 5 star resorts, I would happily say that I will come back to this place every chance I get!!
