Apex viviendo en la capital de Puerto Rico

Acogedor, elegante y moderno apartamento tipo estudio en la parte superior (piso 26) de una de las torres residenciales más altas de la ciudad de San Juan. Apartamento en esquina con increíbles vistas de 180 grados de la ciudad, incluido el océano, la laguna del Condado y la bahía de San Juan. Estar en la cima de San Juan significa que un buen cruce de vientos alisios fluirá a través del estudio si tiene las ventanas abiertas. Mucha luz natural con muy poca necesidad de iluminación durante el día. Las increíbles vistas le permitirán ver la ciudad en funcionamiento mientras el sol se cruza durante todo el día. La propiedad está bien ubicada. La mayoría de los puntos de interés se encuentran dentro de 5-10 min. conducir. 10 minutos. caminar a la playa más cercana en la Laguna del Condado.

Nuestro estudio está totalmente equipado con todo lo que pueda necesitar para sentirse cómodo. Baño completamente renovado y cocina abierta con estufa eléctrica de superficie con encimera de cuarzo e isla para comer. La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos, cubiertos y provisiones básicas. Además, contiene un refrigerador de acero inoxidable y microondas.

Se proporcionan varias toallas de baño y dos toallas de playa para su uso durante su estancia. Se proporcionarán artículos de tocador.

La propiedad tiene estacionamiento gratuito en la calle que puede usar. Para mayor seguridad, tenemos un estacionamiento cerrado y seguro que pertenece al edificio adyacente. Debido a que tenemos que pagar más por este garaje, cobramos una pequeña tarifa adicional por noche ($ 5) más un depósito reembolsable de la llave del garaje.

AMAZING listing and location

Me and my boyfriend truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful listing . It’s nearby many restaurants and many supermarkets as well as a short drive to Viejo San Juan and a lot of gorgeous beaches. We stayed for 8 days in this great place, the view its definitely the best thing, the building is located in a really good place, we usually walked to get places and there is a museum close by, District T-mobile and, laguna el condado just couple blocks down, to get to old san juan it's 10 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay there, Puerto rico its amazing!

The studio apartment is located on the 26th floor with magnificent views of the city skyline and the ocean. Decor is simple yet well appointed with all the equipment and furnishing needed for a comfy visit. Very Cute Studio & Convenient Location!

We stayed here for a week and would absolutely stay again. The studio is very cute & the view of the city and ocean is unmatched! We had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Our hosts were both very responsive and helpful. It is a short drive, uber, or electric scooter ride from Old San Juan. Definitely consider this spot for your next trip to San Juan!

Perfect location for the Convention Center

The unit is clean and simple. The view is absolutely amazing. Enjoyed seeing the skyline from bed and even got a treat of fireworks one night! The walk to the convention center is literally just crossing a street ( from the back parking lot), which was perfect for my event. I would definitely stay here again. Its mentioned that the elevators are old but they worked great for me. The only thing that startled me was that I could hear the elevator doors open and close when inside the unit. Once I knew what the sound was, it barely bothered me again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Isla Grande in San Juan. Beautiful views. Clean, tidy studio. Host was helpful. The process for retrieving key & parking was a little confusing, but we made it fine. We just needed accommodations for sleeping after travel & a day in Old San Juan. Location between airport & Old San Juan was convenient. Would stay again.

On Top of The World

The host was kind enough to wait for my late night airplane arrival. He showed me all that I needed to know. There is a very efficient use of space and all the amenities one needs. It's a bit of a walk to Condado and nearby restaurants. The very fair price point made that small inconvenience easy to negotiate. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!

Santurce Stay

Property was conveniently located and accessible and quick uber ride to nearby places to see including Old San Juan, El Morro and restaurants. Room was small but clean and had the necessary amenities. The building is older so do not expect any air conditioning in the elevator or hallways. Although the room is nice, the air conditioning could be a bit quieter. The views from the room were stunning, contacting property manager was great and Nelson always responded timely and Balthazar the maintenance manager came quickly when needed to check up on things. Would recommend for convenient location.

The room was nice; comfortable bed; but the air conditioning didn’t work right and could not cool the room. The owner was really nice, but was unable to get it fixed while we were there. He did say he would credit us a night for our inconvenience. There was also construction going on in the morning, trying to fix previous hurricane damage.
