Adagio Àr ett exklusivt samhÀlle vid Mexikanska golfen i Blue Mountain Beach, utanför Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio har 600 "orörda strandfasader och Àr ett privat och gated-komplex som ger en sÀker och bekvÀm miljö.

Gourmetköket har bÀnkskivor i granit med ryggstÀnk i marmor, gasspis och Viking-apparater. Matsalen har sex platser med plats för ytterligare tre i baren. Balkongen har solstolar för att njuta av den fantastiska utsikten.

Disappointing left early

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I sent 2 emails never heard back. Left Thursday night. It was a last minute rental and you even offered a last minute small discount and it all makes sense. You can’t rent a condo where the oven doesn’t work it had hand written numbers on it and only broiled. The stove clicked and only one burner would light. We had 9 people and couldn’t even cook. The dryer took 2 hours to dry and the couch was filthy. This condo needs a lot of attention for this property. I am frustrated we were irritated and checked out early, and you all didn’t even respond to the concern. Way too much money for that.

Reviewer Comments: The Adagio is a favorite place for our annual trip to 30A but this condo needs updating - the ice machine did not work, no curtains on the main double doors and it is very dark and drab. Furniture needs updating as does the art work!

The stand alone ice maker was nice but it made too much ice which spilled out on floor each time we used it. Perhaps there is a way to adjust it? The pillows in main bedroom looked great but not so good for sleeping. Need “flatter pillows. Everything else was great. We plan to return next year.

Absolutely LOVE the Adagio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Adagio for the past 20 years. The living room furniture was super comfortable! It was perfect for evening movies and watching sports. The condo does need some updates. The bedroom we slept in, sounded like the bed was going to fall apart every time we moved, and we aren't big people. The bedroom furniture was very big and bulky for the size of the room, so we would have to crawl over the bed to get to the other side where my husband kept his clothes in the dresser. The numbers have been worn off the stove making it very difficult to figure out the temp. Patio furniture worked well for our family. The view is amazing and everything is so clean and nice. We will definitely be back.

Another great stay at Adagio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super clean and comfortable condo. Well stocked with useful appliances and utensils. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One concern - the stove lettering was worn off and couldn't really see what temp we needed. Looked up online the specs and when turned on it made a loud, broken type sound. Yes we should have called maintenance but we didn't as we just moved in with dinner another way. You all should look into the stove a bit. Was a bit frustrated that they began painting the building during our stay. There were a couple days our patio was closed off due to furniture being stacked and/or a tarp over the railing. Killed the view and felt the property managers could have let us know ahead of time and we could have looked at another unit. Was frustrated but not enough to complain. EOD we were there to chill on the beach so whatever. Overall a great stay - already booked our next one for 2024.

The 10 of us, my parents, my family & kids, and my brothers family & kids, fit perfectly in this condo - there was a king size bed for each couple and plenty of room for the kids. Even the teenager took over the bunkbeds in the small extra room. The view is amazing. Everything we needed was in the condo. Besides a few minor maintenance needs the condo is perfect for a family get away. (tub didn't drain well, piece of wood kept falling off near the ice maker, master bedroom TV was missing a remote) We are hoping to stay again next year!!

Our condo was filthy when we arrived. The sheets on one of the beds was dirty and hadn't been changed and the floors hadn't been mopped. Our feet were black after just minutes in the space. The property management return our cleaning fee and we cleaned the condo ourselves, but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Few things to note- the oven in the kitchen didn’t have any labels because they were worn off so it was challenging to try to figure it out and hear anything. There was a printout showing how it worked, but wasn’t very helpful. Otherwise it was a great place.

Kitchen fully stocked but condo decor needs to be refreshed with lighter paint. Extra decor items in master bedroom closets and drawers that needs to be removed. Looks like 2 condos worth of items. Prevented us from fully unpacking. Couch was tired looking and dirty. Stains in bath tube in guest room with bunk beds didn’t come out.

Almost Perfect

We were unable to get in our unit until 8pm after we arrived at the check in time of 5pm. House keeping was working very hard trying to get the unit ready but it seems there was not enough housekeepers to service all the rooms. Having said this when we did get in our unit it was spotless. A couple of small issues were taken care of immediatly by the very proffesional staff. We enjoyed our stay and would definetly return.

However, it was a challenge to sleep at night because next door were two HUGE dogs that barked with large WOOF WOOF throughout the night. Midnight, 2:00 a.m. 5:00 a.m. etc. which really surprised us since in the Adagio Policy it clearly stated NO PETS ALLOWED! Our daughter boarded their dog for over $400 since this was the policy that was sent to us. Evidently this policy is just for particular people. This was very very disappointing to this condo and we cannot recommend a condo next door to barking dogs all night.

There were 4 doors (bedroom/bathroom) that did not lock. Maintenance came the next day to fix, but we feel like these things should be checked prior to arrival. The refrigerator is in need of repairs or replacement- the freezer drawer drags/leaks, fridge drawers broken, etc. The oven settings were completely rubbed off-- had to look up on google to see what we were doing. This is a fire safety concern plus just a hassle for people trying to cook food. One of the chair legs on the porch was broken. Maintenance removed the chair but never replaced it. A second chair leg broke later in the week and was also not replaced, so we were 2 chairs short. The air conditioner also seemed to have a hard time keeping up- stayed around 76/77 most of the week with it being set at 73. The main dining table is obviously missing a glass top. The wicker is not conducive to wiping and the tabletop without glass is uneven. There were 7 large linen bags completely full in the master closet that took up a lot of space. These issues were disappointing considering the high price of the condo. We love the pools and property in general, which is why we have stayed at Adagio for 10 years in a row. This condo could stand some improvements and upgrades so we wanted to make you aware.
