2つのフルバスコンドミニアムを備えたこの居心地の良い3ベッドルームは中心部にあり、ほぼすべての場所に徒歩圏内です。 2デッキの9フィートの天井、天井ファンなどを備えた広々とした広々としたフロアプラン。 ベッドのレイアウトは、キング1台、クイーン1台、ツイン2台です。 リビングルームにはクイーンサイズのソファーベッドもあります。 中央の空気、食器洗い機、洗濯機、乾燥機、天井ファン、すべてのベッドルームとリビングルームのテレビ、家の快適さ。
夏のレンタル週間は土曜日に始まり、土曜日に終わります。 滞在中に使用できる4つのビーチタグが含まれています。

Family vacation

Great location for us it was convenient to get to shops and restaurants. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk. Condo was cozy and clean!

Great Spot

Great Location. Close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk. Everything was clean, comfortable and roomy. We are a family of 7 and never felt like we were cramped or on top of each other. Plus off street parking. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was exactly as noted ! Only one thing was that two single beds and queen bed had stains on mattress/ mattress covers. Looked like they were washed but stains didn't come all out.

Great stay for a beach weekend

Condo was clean, spacious, and not too far from the beach. 2 full bathrooms helped with having 4 adults and 2 children staying. Would stay there again!

Spacious and clean, convenient location

Great space, very clean with lots of storage and a well-provisioned kitchen with everything you’d need to cook and serve food. Sparsely decorated which for us with little kids was a positive. We weren’t going to the beach to look at photos of the beach, after all. Easy to access and convenient to many stores and restaurants, including Wawa and Walgreens. Italian/pizza place across the street is great too. Communicative and very nice owners. No big negatives but a few things to know: - It’s BYO toiletries, sheets, and towels. - You get one parking spot, off to the side of the garages which belong to the other rentals in the building. The parking spot was ok for our Mazda SUV, but if you had a really large vehicle it would be tight. We didn’t leave much once we were there, but at one point the folks next to us had a mammoth SUV that would have made getting out a squeeze. - The balconies are pretty lackluster. The bedroom side is over the trash alley and offers a view of the next building and its window AC units a few feet away. The front balcony faces the street and gets blasted by the afternoon sun. - The one thing the owners really should improve is putting chains on all the doors to the balconies. The sliding door from the kitchen simply didn’t lock at all for us and this would be a big hazard for a young child strong enough to pull it open. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had chains, not sure why the other didn’t. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Location!!

Love the location of the property. Such a great bonus to have two parking spaces. My teenage kids really enjoyed the ability to walk over to the Wawa, the Walgreens or down to the boardwalk. Being able to stand out on the balcony and enjoy the breeze and people watch is an extra bonus. The only thing I would recommend is to adjust the listing to tell you that the kitchen has a flat bottom drip coffee maker. We stayed just as things were opening up after the Covid shut down so that may be why there were no supplies in the house. So just be aware that you need to bring all your own soap, toilet paper, paper products, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper, spices etc. We definitely want to come back for another stay!

Nice property

I really enjoyed staying here. However, the tvs are so small and the doors constantly lock with or without locking them so you have to have your keys with you at all times.

Family OC NJ Trip

Property was as described. Very clean, easy check in, 10 - 15 walk to boardwalk / beach. The apartment could use a little work. There are stained ceilings and smoke detector was removed from main living room. Overall, a great stay and would rent again.
