Indian Harbour Beach Club condo 404. Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your extra large private balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom.

This unit comes with everything you need for your vacation. Free wireless internet, spectrum, with 3 flat screen televisions, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and much more. You can sleep 4 people comfortably, king bed in the master and 2 full beds in the guest room.

My husband and I purchased this condo 5 years ago. We had been staying in this complex for several years before purchasing. From our first stay we just loved the spaciousness of these condos. The beach is so quiet. You will never have to fight for a place on the sand or even at our pool. The views from the balcony can not be beat. It’s a great place to watch launches from Cape Canaveral. It is close to many great restaurants. You are approx. an hour from Disney and Universal. There is also a great zoo in Melbourne. This is a perfect place for families or couples looking for a fun but a peaceful get away.

Pleasant Destination

We enjoyed our late February visit. The accommodations were very nice. Newly remodeled and very clean. The property was very well kept. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation

Our family loved the condo and area. It was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The balcony views are spectacular with sunrises and we saw dolphins as the sun rose one morning as well. No fighting for space at the pool or on the beach. We brought a body board which I would suggest if you like the beach and waves. Great area for it! You could stay at the condo and never leave or you could explore the area as we did in Cocoa Beach, Universal Studios one day and the local restaurants had some of the best food! The BBQ on site was easy to use for those nights we stayed in. Parking and instructions were simple and easy to follow - hassle free. The condo is a great place to rest, enjoy and reset. I look forward to returning.

Perfect January Getaway

Just gorgeous. Very clean, well-appointed. Friendly staff and check-in, owner attentive and gracious. Beautiful balcony views-saw dolphins and even a SpaceSX launch as a bonus! Convenient covered parking, and easy walk to the beach. Will stay here again.

Perfect - Place, Location, Everything!

We were in town for a wedding at Harbour House and the location of this condo was PERFECT! From the moment we walked in to the place, you could tell that the owners take great pride in it--it's updated, great decor and the sound of the waves on the balcony were amazing! We will surely look at returning to this place! While we didn't have any interaction with the property manager on site, (the homeowner was great at reaching out to see if we had arrived and if everything was ok) so I rated that as excellent as well! Thanks!

Perfect!

We booked this condo after our original condo cancelled on us 2 days prior to our vacation. This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The beach was so quiet and not packed at all. The condo was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for my daughter to use. We will definitely stay here again when/if we return to the area!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and the furnishing very nice. It was just as pictured. Lori and Keith were great to work with. This was our first time at Indian Harbour Beach and we will be back.

Great Stay!!!

Had a great time in this unit with my wife and son. Great location but also quiet and beautiful part of the beach. Not too far from Kennedy Space Center and other attractions. Look forward to a return trip.

Wonderful vacation

Truly enjoyed our stay. Location right on the beach with very few other people to share with. Used the grill just about every night, very convenient to have. Beds were super comfortable, balcony big and spacious. Entire condo was well furnished and clean Will be in touch as we may have to come back next year Would highly recommend

Just what we needed!

We had a fabulous time on spring break and this little gem was just what we needed! Weather was perfect, condo was super nice and clean. It was decorated so nice and was up to date! The communication with the owner was great and they answered any questions we had. The beach was so nice and quiet. Wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend!

Quiet getaway on the beach

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and up to date. Great restaurants near by and the swamp donkey airboat tour was awesome. Very quiet and relaxing area. Beach wasn’t crowded. Multiple stores and restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

The perfect place for a quiet vacation

This was the perfect condo for me, my husband and my 5 year old son. There was so much room and the condo was newly renovated. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. There were also beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and plenty of toys for my son. There is not one thing I’d change.

Great winter getaway

Nicely updated condo with great view from all rooms. Big uncrowded beach and the pool was heated enough that it could still be used on cool mornings and late afternoons.

Our Stay here!

If you want a 6 Star Resort, this place and the entire area is not for you. If you want a chill beach, location, home great for the family, you are here. The exterior of the condo could be better, BUT it is just fine. Who cares. The pool is heated, beach is amazing, walk or short ride to seveal restauarants and bars. The apartment inside is awesome. Perfect for me, my wife, and 5 year-old. It really was awesome. The only negative, which is not a negative at all, is that the ceiling is chipping. Norhing else inside is laike that. All and all, we loved it. Had a great time. Location is on the main strip that you drive up and down - going from beach to beach.

We spent a lot of time in Florida and have loved our time renting at Indian Harbour Beach so much that we finally decided to buy. It’s a great place for our kids and grandkids to get to visit with the beach to relax and the close proximity to the amusement parks, the zoo and shopping.

We have totally remodeled our condo. All new appliances, washer and dryer, quartz countertops in kitchen and baths, and furniture. We hope you find it as comfortable as we do. Our views from our balcony are amazing. You will feel like you are in the ocean when looking out to it.
