This gorgeous 4th floor beach front condo in the Mariner East complex is conveniently located directly on the magnificent white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Full-size stainless/black appliances, granite counter tops, and all the utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, and other equipment you'll need for a pleasant beach holiday are included in the kitchen. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a granite countertop and a gorgeous tiled shower. There is also a large flat-screen TV in the main bedroom. In the unit, there is a bunk room with two bunk beds and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A huge living space with a flat-screen TV and colorful Sunbrella furniture, including a sleeper sofa and a rocker, is available.

This unit has its own Wi-Fi. Sheets, blankets, bath towels, and other linens are provided, but beach towels must be brought with you. Directly across from the front entrance is your own full-size laundry room. There is comfortable seating on the balcony for watching the sunset. Whether you love relaxing by the pool or staying on the beach until after dark, you'll appreciate this compact family complex that's close enough to restaurants and nightlife but not right next door. Mariner East Condominiums are about a half mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. Grocery stores and other restaurants are all nearby.

This unit can sleep up to six guests comfortably and we rent to families.... or individuals above the age of 25. This is the place to make great family memories! This property is managed by RairVue Services LLC

Long Weekend on Florida Panhandle

Awesome condo, right on beach (fun to sit on balcony and watch/hear gulf waves), well stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. Fluffy sand beach, with lots of restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!

Our room was not ready on time, we actually rode in the elevator with the cleaning crew. There was food left in the refrigerator. We had to call to get our room code and they tried to say they had text it but they had not, I think all this had to do with the room not being ready on time.

This place is the best I have seen! Laundry room across the hall, full of beach stuff. The condo only has 60 so the beach was Not crowded! Wonderful staff! Trash chute. Birds singing by my window. We seen sting Ray's from our balcony! Oceanview is like a picture! Will be back in April!!!

The condo is updated, clean and exactly as described. It is a little strange that the washer and dryer are outside the unit but they workes great. The outer complex itself needs a little tlc but the condo was very nice!

PCB Visit

The unit was clean and well kept. The views from the balcony were great. Our only complaint was the mattress which was extremely uncomfortable and made a scrunching sound whenever you moved even slightly. We found ourselves dreading going to bed. With both of us having back issues, it was miserable. Would stay again though with a new mattress!

Second visit to the area.. Scenery off the balcony was a million dollar view! We saw lots of dolfins from the patio on the 4th floor.. I loved the beachy theme in our room and the price was right on target. We enjoyed the beach and St. Andrew's Park. Pineapple Willys is a fun restaurant on the beach. VP

We had a great time. View was unbeatable. Beach was clean and beautiful. Condo was well kept and clean. Nice to have own laundry. Staff-David was so nice and helpful.
