Absolut smukke strandpromenade !! Denne 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser i Land's End er fuldt opdateret fra top til bund og er bare smuk !! Begge badeværelser er blevet fuldstændigt opdateret, køkkenet helt opdateret med bordplader af granit og nye apparater, nye gulve, nye møbler ... denne lejlighed har det hele! Enhed på øverste etage og direkte mod vest med en fantastisk udsigt over bugten. Et ophold i dette condo, og du vil aldrig have lyst til at gå hjem !! Bygning nr. 10 ligger lige ved siden af den store swimmingpool og jacuzzi-badekar på stedet.

Stor, opvarmet pool, 2 boblebad, sandvolleyballbane, tennis- og pickleballbaner, kulgrilladser og havepavillon til dine udendørsserveringsaftener, en strandpromenade, der går rundt i samfundet til din morgenøvelse, shuffle board, direkte adgang til stranden og alt indenfor dette smukt anlagte samfund. Land's End ligger cirka 3 km syd for John's Pass Village på Madeira-stranden, som er fyldt med shopping, restauranter, vandaktiviteter og underholdning for alle. Quiet Beach Getaway

Renter was very responsive. Unit was clean and modern. This condo was one of the best we have stayed in, in the area.

Top floor beauty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year of renting the unit on a long term basis. Overall we have been very pleased with the accommodation. It’s a great location and the property is well looked after. As with any rental unit it does start to show some wear and tear over time. Kitchen not fully stocked. Lacking some utensils - masher, tongs, roasting pans. Some dishes, cups, bowls and blender cracked. Expect these to be resolved over time.Resort Rentals and the owner were helpful and responsive in looking after immediate issues.

Ruined by Red Tide

Lands End is typically an amazing vacation spot for us but unfortunately we visited during the Red Tide. It prevented us from enjoying the beach with dead fish/eels everywhere rotting away. So sad to see. Because of the Red Tide the pool was packed and I must say over the years we have seen a decline in in the clientele renting the condos. So not enjoyable at the pool with loud music and partying. We are more of a chill, relaxing, zen vibe group that prefers to relax on vacation not get ****-faced and obnoxious. If that’s how you roll might want to consider another spot. Plenty of choices on Resort Rentals but avoid Harbourside (same type of environment). Thinking about vacationing in a different part of the state...perhaps the east coast. Oh and how can I forget, Maureen from RR, life’s too short to be miserable :) Gail you have ALWAYS been amazing.

Wonderful unit and beautiful view

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Lands End property for several years now and absolutely love it this is the second year that we have stayed in this particular unit and I would not stay anywhere else. We love that Lands End it’s towards the end of the island making it quiet and private. We also love that it is a gated community for the extra security that it provides. This unit is newly renovated an absolutely gorgeous! It has everything that you need for a wonderful trip. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Beautiful condo, but.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this condo. You can tell the owner put a lot of money into it. Everything looks brand new including the paint on the wall. My only issue was the the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The master bathroom was completely neglected. There were dirty towels on the floor that was left over from the previous tenant. Poop stains on the toilet seat, hair in the shower, and dirty counter tops/sinks. Also, they didn’t leave soap. I’m sorry but after 8 hour in the car I shouldn’t of had to clean. I spoke with another renter who was staying in a condo in the complex and she said her condo was dirty also. Everything else was in order. Despite all of this we had a wonderful time. This was our first time at Treasure Island, and we will be back. Hopefully the management company will have a better cleaning crew. There was no excuse.

Celebration stay!

Multiple reasons for family celebrations required a special setting. The condo was gorgeous! Chose this specific condo since it had queen bed in second bedroom. Gorgeous view! Perfectly situated on a quiet, private beach with swimming pool next to our building. Covered parking. Easy access to our daughter in Gulfport, Tampa Zoo and all restaurants + activities in St. Pete. The whole family had a great time axe throwing at Hatchet Hangout!!! All rental info communicated timely and check-in process was super simple. Highly recommend to anyone considering VRBO or a FL vacation. Will definitely re-book this property in future!

WARNING know LE Rules&Regs BEFORE booking&maintenance schedule

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The UNIT is beautiful, comfortable, everything you need. The grounds are well maintained. HOWEVER, we were a group of 1 Adult & 2 TEENS>had we known Lands End General Rules & Regulations(Pink Sheet) PRIOR to making reservations, we would have NEVER booked @ Lands End. The homeowners patrol, take notes and ENFORCE the rules which is fine, but threating to call the police because an adult had a bottle of water poolside is beyond ridiculous! I witnessed an owner make a 6year old cry, scolding her & the parents about floats are not allowed in the pool. Hot tub is for people 17 and older-- don't dare think your teens younger than 17, even with a parent IN the hottub is allowed! Only 1 hottub in operation & boardwalk on Intercoastal side under construction @ the time we stayed. Also BEWARE--Resort Rentals service workers can enter the unit @ any time they chose, WITHOUT notification! I guess the unit was scheduled for "routine" air filter change and a service man unlocked the door and walked in to change the filter! No attempt was made by Resort Rentals to notify me of such scheduled "routine maintenance." When I called to voice my concern, Resort Rentals really didn't seem to think that a stranger entering the unit was a big deal..."it is time for the 'routine maintenance' and we need to get the filter changed." The unit was to be a "non-smoking" unit, but there were ashtrays-1inside unit & 1 on deck. Master bath shower door does not remain closed, an electrical outlet was falling out of linen closet wall near sink. Washer MOLDY & STINKS!!!! Guest bedroom sconce lights did not work, need new bulbs. Microwave top piece falls out when open door-needs fixed. My advice is know the Rules and Regs of Lands End before you book and then decide if the community of Lands End is a good fit for your situation. Also, be sure to ask if anyone/strangers/service men will be entering the unit during your stay.

Awesome vacation!

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Perfect location. Room was updated and well kept. Internet worked. Tvs had apps. Short walk to the beach and we had it mostly to ourselves. Loved our vacation! Everyone that worked at lands end was super nice as well.

Great unit in our favorite beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well appointed condo with new appliances, great decor, best TV arrangement in Land's Ends and overall a great place to stay. Only issue was for the first time the place on entry wasn't spot on clean/ready. Dirty dishes in washer, rug rolled up in study and a sign of the time, smoke detector taken out of master bed and no batteries in any remotes and no hair dryer. Others just take for their kids toys I guess. But that was quickly fixed and the rest was fine.

Very nice condo on beautiful Sunset Beach!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay, the condo is very nice, completely (and tastefully) updated, and we loved the sea views from the living room and bedroom! Waking each morning to that view was the best! The beach is not crowded at all in this area, unlike other nearby areas just to the north. The condo is in a very nice quiet gated community, nice pool, tennis courts, very clean and well maintained! Just a short drive to anywhere you want to go, if we’re back we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful!

We love the Lands End property and have stayed there several times. We love that it is a gated community which keeps the beach from becoming crowded. The property is very clean and well maintained. This was the first time we stayed in this particular unit and it did not disappoint! The owners have invested a lot to update this unit and make it a beautiful retreat. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The master bathroom was quite large with double sinks which was great. The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage space throughout the unit. In the other units where we have stayed, previous renters had always left behind chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. This unit did NOT have any of these items. There were a few boogie boards and pool noodles. Just be sure you bring your own chairs or anticipate purchasing when you arrive. This unit is on the top floor and is the middle unit. The balcony has a nice table and 2 bar height chairs to enjoy the evening sunset. The only problem we encountered was the WiFi did not work. We contacted the rental agency and was told to turn the modem off and try again. When this did not work, I contacted the agency again but never received a response. While not a deal breaker, it was quite frustrating. We will absolutely be returning!

Great location / uncomfortable furniture

We have stayed in several different condos in area in last 15 years and the beach here is better than any in area w clearer water and less crowded. Unfortunately the condo we picked this time #403 in building 10 had pretty but very uncomfortable furniture. The couch is uncomfortable so couldnt kick back and relax much at end of day. The beds are hard and sheets were too small and kept coming undone. The dining rooms chairs literally weigh about 20lbs and had no pads on bottom so we had to lift them every time we used them to not make noise for neighbors below. The outdoor furniture was also wooden and very uncomfortable to sit on and even snagged our clothes. Also if condo sleeps 4 there should at least be outdoor seating for 4 instead of just 2. This was also the first time we had to deal w sand fleas on patio. This all caused us to not be able to enjoy time on patio which is normally where we spend a lot of time while in the condo. We will definitely be back to Lands End but will be picked different condo next time w furniture that looks more comfortable over being pretty. We also had issues w having hot water to last more than 2 showers but Resort Rentals fixed after we had been there for 2 nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This top floor, recently updated unit is the best we've stayed in at Lands End Resort since wqe started coming three years ago. We love the location of Lands End and the boardwalk the encircles the area.

Beautiful Location, but so many issues!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Land’s End for over 10 years. Always had great experiences with the units and staff, but this time was not the same. When we arrived on Saturday one of the toilets was not working and the stove only had one working element. When we used the oven it would not turn off and had to turn off breaker to get it turned off. We had to call multiple times to get both fixed. Poor communication and felt like we were bothering the staff when we called. They had to come out twice to fix the toilet and took until Thursday for us to get the stove/oven working again. We spent most of the week walking to another building so we could cook in our friend’s unit. Very disappointed in how they handled our concerns.
