This is a privately owned timeshare. We own week 25 only. We are NOT part of a vacation club. Unfortunately, as our children have gotten older and busier, we have not been able to use this week every ear. Because it is a timeshare for our own private use and not routinely rented, we have not accumulated the reviews that you see on properties privately owned that are rented out all year long. We can only get one review/year if we don't use it ourselves.

This is a private detached cottage, not a condo or apartment, in a resort setting.

This is a great little cottage setting for a family. Three bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms. It is located just across the parking lot from the pool. Close enough for the kids to easily get there, far enough that you don't hear any noise. No wall sharing or anyone walking overhead!

Living room includes, TV w/dvd player and a fire place. Couch with pull-out sleeper allows for additional guests. A sliding glass door opens to a screened in porch with table/chairs and a private lagoon view.

Kitchen is complete with dishes, utensils, toaster, blender and coffee pot. A starter set of paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and dishwasher detergent is included.

Dining room includes table with chairs for six.

Primary bedroom has a king size bed, a sliding door onto the adjacent screened in porch. Washer/dryer located in walk-in master closet. There is also a wall safe located in the closet. Bathroom includes a large garden tub and separate shower.

Second bedroom, located on first floor as well, has two twin beds. Attached bath includes a shower.

Third floor bedroom includes two twin beds with a table and of room for the kids to hang out. Attached bath includes a traditional tub with shower.
