Welcome to North Fork Cottage - 75 Ridgeline Road

Relax with plenty of space for the whole family in this 4-bedroom home. Choose from indoor or outdoor dining options and spend your evenings watching the sunset on the front porch or screened-in balcony. Perfect place to unwind and relax.

This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is full of exciting features. There is a master suite available on the first and second floor. Both include a king-sized bed and their own private bath. Located on the second floor, you will find 1 queen, 1 full/1 twin/1 trundle bunked, 2 twins bunked, and 1 twin pullout chair in the master bedroom. This home is located on a ridgeline that has a lake view from the screened-in balcony. Beautifully decorated and makes it seem like you are right in the middle of Seaside. Recently added outdoor firepit with string lights is the best place to enjoy time with family and friends.

North Fork has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Please visit for water park and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rental availability.

Really nice house in an outstanding community

Wow, Carlton Landing is a very neat community with lots of public areas. Parks, lake, live music, festival, pickleball courts, easy to walk….all of the great things to make a memorable family vacation!

Family weekend

This was our third annual stay in Carlton Landing and this house was perfect for my husband and I along with our grown daughters and their families. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 2 years to 8. The kids loved the bunk room and each couple had their own bedroom. There was plenty of common area for everyone to enjoy without feeling crowded. We will be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay at the house and it was the perfect size for us! The kid room was perfect and when it was raining, they stayed in the room or was on the balcony that was screened in and safe. The kitchen was fully stocked with a pancake griddle and even a crockpot! This was the first time we stayed in a house that didn’t have squeaky beds and were extra soft too! We absolutely loved it. The only complaint we have is no where to hang clothes in the master room but we understand that the owners need a space to store their things. It was the perfect getaway. But next time, we will understand we will need to book a golf cart before showing up as they were sold out the whole time we were there. We will come again!

Great stay (again)!

This was our second stay at the property. Great stay! My only comment would be that if you are staying for 6 nights, it would be nice to have a little more supply of toilet paper, paper towels and shampoo/conditioner. The property is awesome and very comfortable!

We got away from Oklahoma without ever leaving Oklahoma!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay and intro to what I would describe as an exceptionally quaint lakeside community of Carlton Landing. NorthFork, the house we stayed had the perfect layout for our stay and ample room for our needs. The furnishings/decor was tasteful/inviting and yet still family friendly. I was grateful for the Xmas decor as it can be tricky to have Xmas away from home. The neighborhood is uniquely planned and all the area housing seemed reminiscent of the East Coast (Cape Cod maybe- in my mind). I enjoyed walking around a neighborhood that’s filled with so much beauty and charm. Kid friendly, exercise friendly and outdoor activities are plentiful. Nice to have local restaurants/cafe within walking distance. We missed out on the seasonal airstream food trucks and pop up shops, farmers market but thought the concept was brilliant for this “off the beaten path “ community. The various neighborhood pools, parks, boating options and beach area would be great to enjoy as well. We look forward to going back again and again. It was truly an unexpected lovely place to stay!

Absolutely perfect. Amazing management too.

We had a fantastic stay in Carlton Landing. The property was top notch. We cooked all our meals in and had everything we needed. After leaving we realized we left two items and the manafement was amazing to respond and offer to get everything shipped to us. Truly above and beyond. We can’t wait to return.
