The condo was very nice! There was a problem with the air conditioner but we were able to figure it out. The management service was very easy to work with and we let the technician know what we found. The only odd thing: there was a new sectional sofa that was really nice but another couch was there too. The extra couch took up the extra space in the dining area.

Overall - Very good Front door very hard to deal with auto close to aggressive and heavy..... Front door entrance a little dirty.... just needs a refresh... Bathrooms - Just need a refresh from all the use, especially the grouting around the baths and showers.... Master bath, the panel in front of the jet tub needs a refresh and looks like it will be coming loose soon... Living room slider is very hard to open and close Outdoor furniture on line, although nice, was heavy and bulky to the space the line provided..... Storage - we kept asking if there was storage for beach gear and kept getting the message that there was none.... Then call the note posted on the kitchen counter two days into the stay that there was a storage unit for our apartment.... Better communication on this would have been helpful.... Unit was furnished nicely and appropriately (comfortable) Beds were comfortable as well.... It was very helpful to have the washer dryer and the kitchen was stocked appropriately... All in all our stay was what we expected and we enjoyed the condo, we would sty again and enjoy the stay...

Family trip

Met my brother, niece and sister for a great vacation. The condo was close to a huge variety of restaurants and things to do. The pool area was great and we certainly enjoyed the hot tubs and indoor pools as the weather was cooler.

Extremely Considerate and Greatly Accommodating

I was very impressed by Luxury Beach Rentals. Me and my family stayed at this resort. It was a 3 bedroom condo, that accommodated at least 7 people. We had a party of 5. On the first night we had an issue with the AC unit. It did not work and the temperature in the unit was 73 degrees. When I notified the company they immediately had an HVAC come check it. Apparently the compressor went and it would take a few days to fix. They offered us a corner 5 bedroom condo on the property that was beyond gorgeous at no extra charge. Very grateful to them for this. Not many places will do that. I highly recommend this rental company to anyone seeking a vacation in Myrtle Beach! Thank you again!

Beautiful place to stay

Waterfront with gorgeous view of the ocean, both outdoor / indoor pools and hot tubs to enjoy, close locations to great places to visit. Nothing but great things to say about this place. Highly recommended!

Loved the private beach access, spacious condo, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a balcony! Would recommend beds were very comfortable which says alot for me!

The property was great. Had everything you could ask for to do pools hot tubs beaches shopping was perfect to watch sunrises. Definitely would book again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The condo was great! We all had a relaxing time and loved the location and what was offered at the property. We would go back again. There were 6 of us and all adults with plenty of room. We did not cook while there but it could be done.

A week away with friends

We enjoyed our week at South Winds Excellent location for us but the indoor pool cannot be considered an indoor pool as it is not enclosed and not heated we were disappointed as a note there are no small spoons or oven mitts used a towel other than that it was great thanks again

Beds were very comfortable, and condo was very clean but there was a musty smell upon entering and on the couch. The pictures are not up to date and don't represent the current furniture. Missed that recliner that my husband wanted! Could use updates in the bathroom and looked like mold on the shower door? Things that were noticeable but all in all a very nice place to stay. Management was very quick to respond when needed and I would definitely recommend South Wind 1104.
