Very nice condo with great views of the ocean. I was able to catch the beautiful sunrise! There was plenty of space for our large family. They had everything you needed for the beach and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The condo itself was great, clean and cute with nice view of the ocean. The resort property was not as great. The outdoor pool was small and overcrowded. The elevators took awhile to get up and down with the high usage. The beach access was good and the beach itself was nice. Overall, it was good for what it was.

Condo was as described. Plenty of space for my family of four. Easy to get to the beach -- bonus that the space had beach chairs, toys, towels and two umbrellas. Balcony that allowed a view of the beach was nice --- could watch the water and people. The parking lot is tight (as mentioned by other guests) but we did not have a problem finding a space. Leigh responded quickly to any question that we had.

What a wonderful vacation stay! We had 6 adults with lots of private and public space for everyone. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures convey. The walk to the beach was quick so we spent a lot of time on the water. The location makes easy access to all of the restaurants and fun in the area.

Listing was spot on accurate. Condo had everything you would need for your week at the beach… especially liked not having to rent beach chairs… they had a closet full for our use.Close to food/ shopping/amusements. Parking was sometimes difficult to find a spot even during the week but not the fault of the owners… would definitely stay here again when in Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach Getaway 2023

The stay was great in this location to the ocean views and sounds each day. The condo was well furnished for the family. Lots to do at the resort and inside when the weather was not co-operating. Enjoyed all the shopping, broad walks, and all the choices for food. Was a wonderful area to experience with the whole family!!

Very nice, well decorated condo

This was a very cute, newly decorated/ remodeled condo. Pictures on listing are exactly what you get. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach view was nice!

The property was exactly like it shows in the photos. Host was great!! Answered all our questions immediately. The condo was equipped with everything you need including chairs towels etc. we loved it here. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome Stay

We booked the condo for our annual family vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated and clean with plenty of space. You have a great view of the beach. Having access to the pools is great for families with children. Easy access to the beach. Leigh had GREAT communication throughout the trip and responded to messages in a timely manner. It’s a great stay at North Myrtle!

Amazing view and perfect location for convenience to beach walkway and ocean front amenities perfect amount of space for our family vacation fully stuck with all kitchen and bath essentials !, even the beach towels were provided. Friendly rental staff were helpful and responsive for questions, beach chairs available for use were and added bonus !!!,. Perfect place for a quiet family vacation. Vacation with Teens.

We had a great stay with our 4 “nearly adult” children. They all had a bed so no one complained about sleeping with a sibling. They enjoyed the beach and all the things to do in Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The only thing that was a disappointment was the pool and lazy river are much smaller than they look in the pictures

Family Vacation

Condo was very nice & exactly as described. A lot for the kids to do from the beach, pool, lazy river, arcade & the mini golf next door. Our teenagers loved that Starbucks was right next door too. Leigh had great communication through the whole week with us and she tried to help with a nuisance we had during the week. Unfortunately front desk wasn’t very helpful but we didn’t let it ruin our week.

While I'm glad you didn’t let the issue with the front desk disrupt your vacation, I’d like to kindly clarify for future guests that access to the front desk is not part of our rental, as noted in the listing. Absolutely amazing!

If I could leave 10 stars I would! Everything was perfect! The host was so kind and accommodating, the condo is just gorgeous, everything you need is provided, check in and checkout was a breeze, the location is perfect… everything was amazing! We had 10 people sharing the condo, and we had plenty of room. There are board games provided that the kids enjoyed, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking!I 100% recommend!

Lovely view

This is a great location with an amazing view. There were a few hiccups but we worked them out. Only reason I gave a 4 star as overall rating is because of the parking and our door lock not working. We were basically stuck in the room for the entire morning and afternoon because the lock didn’t work and the parking was a nightmare. We have a Thule so we can’t fit into the parking garage, finding parking anywhere else’s means you can’t have a night out unless you get an Uber. That’s what we kept doing. We were too afraid to not be able to find parking again. We drove around for about an hour the first night. Other than that it’s all good! Fireworks seen from the balcony on a nightly basis, plenty to do! Wonderful food at the restaurant downstairs too.

Thank you for staying! I apologize for the deadbolt suddenly not locking, fortunately the locksmith was able to get there with in a 1/2 hour after you notified me, and was able to fix the lock within 15 min so you could secure the door and continue with your family activities within an hour. I am sorry to read about the parking situation. The parking garage is a great option for most vehicles but as listed in our welcome guide, there are additional open air parking lots as well as city parking on and around the resort for oversized vehicles. I was under the impression when I inquired that you found an adequate solution and wasn’t aware it affected your stay. I pride myself in being the best host possible to our guests. It was a pleasure accommodating all of your requests during the week and appreciated your positive daily messages about how comfortable your stay, and the condo was for you and your family.

The pictures of this property are very misleading. The condo is much smaller than pictures depict, and there is no way it could accommodate 10 comfortably. All of the beach items (chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc) are stored in the bedroom closets and the owner demands zero sand in the condo. The property pools and hot tubs are TINY and were so overcrowded we never used them. The water pressure in the showers was so weak it could not remove sand. We had issues with the ice maker, the refrigerator, and due to building issues had to go without water 2 days from the hours of 9am-2pm. While the owner was very responsive and at first offered a nights refund for the inconvenience, she then later accused us of too much sand in the condo with pictures of items that weren’t even in our condo and took back 100 of the originally offered refund. I would not stay in this building again.

I take feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future guests: -The listing includes the square footage, a floor plan, and photos to accurately show the space. While it may feel cozier than some larger condos, it is designed for comfort and to clearly outline what’s provided. -Complimentary beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc.) is stored in the closets for convenience. Most hosts don’t provide these extras at all. We understand that some sand is unavoidable, but in this case my cleaners documented piles throughout the condo, which required extra cleaning. -The short water service interruptions you experienced were building-wide and out of my control. I stayed in communication and offered a goodwill refund to help offset the inconvenience. -The refrigerator was functioning properly; it had been inadvertently reset by pressing multiple buttons. Once corrected, I checked in with you several times to ensure it was working. -After checkout, my cleaning team reported excess sand, stained bedding that required replacement, and balcony furniture and the dining table relocated inside. While minor furniture shifts aren’t an issue, moving large pieces like this was unusual and created extra work, which led to a small deduction from the goodwill refund based only on documented costs. I care deeply about providing a five-star experience, and I always review feedback to make sure my listing is clear and my guests know what to expect.
