House was clean. There was black residue on the pool deck and in the pool. Uneven concrete on pool deck. Pool filter didn't run. Had a toilet that ran water when first arrived that was promptly repaired. Same toilet leaked around toilet base that wasn't repaired for 1.25 days.

Great views and friendly host!

Came down from the PNW for some sunshine and to celebrate our daughters High School graduation. Hubbys stayed home to work so it was my best friend, her son and my two kids for the week. Five of us total and these four bedrooms gave us plenty of room to have space of our own. Everything you see in the photos is what you will have welcoming you in through the front door. The home was well equipped with just about anything you need from extra blankets and towels to a fully stocked kitchen and beach toys in the garage. We spent most of our time on the back patio during meals to enjoy the view. Coffee every morning before the kids woke up with my best friend on the dock is now a memory locked in my brain for life! DO NOT miss the opportunity for some quiet time there! Our host Maureen was quick to respond to texts and made us feel welcome during our stay. We felt very comfortable and safe at this home. The only issue you need to be aware of is the back door handle tends to stick, and the kayaks are heavier than we thought they would be, but the kids enjoyed using them in the canal. Overall, I would stay here again!

Very Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mojo. The house was clean and we found the accommodations comfortable & relaxing. We tend to eat out while on vacation. Fortunately, there are numerous good restaurants within a short drive. Our communications with Maureen and Charlene (property manager) were always very pleasant and answered very quickly.

Best rental we’ve ever had!

Immaculate. Beautiful. High ceilings. The master suite was across the house for privacy. Kids fished and biked and walked. Pool was lovely and the hot tub was incredible. Thank you for one of our top holiday getaways ever!! Loved it!! Highly recommend!!

Casa Mojo Getaway

This property is so beautifully and talk about Location, Location, you can pretty much get anywhere within 1/2hr drive from here…we loved the openness of the great room, the peacefulness of not having another home across from us, who knew being across from a Marsh could bring such serenity. The western sunsets was priceless and coffee/tea at the Lanai/Cabana is the perfect way to start any day. Fishing off the dock is unforgettable memories for our little one. We’ll definitely come back in the near future!!

We had such an incredible stay at Casa Mojo! It was a great location within a nice area with beautiful views on the canal. The covered porch area was perfect with an amazing pool/spa! Wonderful stay!!

This home was perfect for our family get together. The house was beautiful, spacious, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and pool area was very nice. Charline was always available and very helpful. Check-in is simple, check-out just as easy. The sunsets were beautiful each night. Lots of fish right at the dock. Nice paddle kayaking down the channel. It couldn't have been nicer. Would love to return again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We are from New York and were looking for a property we could use and share with others. Friends of ours were moving to Cape Coral full-time and when we heard their descriptions of the Cape Coral lifestyle, we decided to try it as well! You can probably tell we loved it!! We are very much looking forward to sharing the Cape Coral experience with our children (22 and 18 ) and anyone whom is interested in experiencing our waterfront getaway!!!

When we started looking at properties in Cape Coral our one firm requirement was it be waterfront. Surfside wowed us with its' 80 feet waterline as well as the fact that it overlooks the mangrove. The serene evenings we spend on the lanai are the perfect end to a generally fun-filled day!!!

There are so many benefits to staying at Casa Mojo. It is conveniently located in Southwest Cape Coral which makes it easy to get to any of the myriad of activities. It is a good sized house which allows for a comfortable stay for a larger group. One of our greatest joy is sharing it with other families and hope you will do the same. For those whom are boaters the direct Gulf Access allows you to take advantage of the wonderful boating opportunities here at Cape Coral.
