Best girls trip ever!

The property exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the property manager was great! The only thing we couldn’t use was the grill because someone over tightened the knob on the propane tank and none of us could turn it. We left a message at the number in the book but no one called back so maybe that wasn’t the right number, but it was no big deal we just used the oven instead. This was our first girls trip and we spent most of our time in the beautiful pool!! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home! We all said we would definitely come back! We just had two minor suggestions - add a small tv in each bedroom (most houses we have rented have a tv in each bedroom) and maybe add a wall clock out by the pool. We loved the house and the beautiful canal views. The dock with tiki hut was beautiful!!

Just as advertised

Everything was good. The air conditioner broke first night & they had a repair person out the next morning. Two things I thought would make it better, I use a hand shower at home and there wasn’t one in any of the washrooms. 2nd item which I am sure is an insurance issue or stealing is there were not any sharp knives to prepare food. Bring your own knives if you use them and have fun. Lots of birds, turtles and even a pair of otters in the channel.

We had an amazing relaxing time. There was construction but one of the houses is basically completed. The construction did not bother us. We loved sitting by the pool watching all the fireworks all weekend long for the 4th of July! We would rent this house again! It is within 10 minutes of Pine Island which was amazing!

Great house in beautiful surroundings.

This house , pool and dock area are beautiful. The property has anything that you could possibly need and is in pristine condition. My son and his friend spent hours fishing from the dock. The house is in close driving proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. I would have loved to give this property 5 stars. However, our stay was slightly spoilt by the building works going to each side of the property which we were not advised of before our stay. There was noise from the machines and workers all day. When it got to the weekend we thought we may get some peace and quiet but unfortunately that was not the case. A concrete pump wagon and 2 concrete wagons turned up at 06.15am in the morning and were working all morning. There were also workers on the other side on Sunday morning. This affected our relaxation at this wonderful holiday home.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay at this property so much! It was a perfect house that felt like a home. We liked having the bikes as options to quickly ride to Starbucks. The only thing was that we weren’t notified up front of the construction going on on both sides of the house until the day before saying “there’s no refund for cancellation because of this”. The construction itself wasn’t too big of an issue for us, but the way it was handled was slightly unprofessional. It should have been disclosed up front right after I made the booking rather the day before check in saying we couldn’t cancel and get a refund. It felt shady like they were trying to hide that detail until it was too late for us to get our money back if it would’ve been an issue for us - because these houses next door have been in progress for months, and it was well known there was construction next door when we booked but we weren’t notified until the day before check in. Small issue, but it was a wonderful stay and we’d go back!

Awesome vacation home

We had a great time and this home over our spring break vacation. The house is very beautiful and modern. My children loved the swimming pool and we were in it every day. We will definitely be back next summer!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful 4 weeks at this property. Pool/canal area were fantastic. Best pool area that we have ever had. The home was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. The furniture was very modern although a bit uncomfortable. Overall we had a great vacation.

Beautiful home in a great location

Beautiful home. Very clean and organized. Spent most of our days in the pool and outside area. Very comfortable for 6 adults with king size beds in all of the bedrooms. Close to several great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This is an awesome home. South facing so there is lots of sunshine ☀️. Amazingly clean. Great layout and location. Came to relax and recharge and enjoyed every minute. Then returned to sixteen below….❄️

Beautiful house

Absolutely beautiful. Only feed back is a better coffee maker than a Mr. Coffee maker. This is a very impressive house.

Staycation

Beautiful modern home. Loved the open concept. It took a few days for the pool to heat up since the heater was clogged but our stay was wonderful. I had kast my father in-law a few weeks ago and my wife and mother were able to relax. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Everything we wanted

We had a great stay at the property it was clean, pool was great, loved how spacious it was and we didn't want to leave. The property managament company introduced themselves on the morning after we arrived and made sure we knew how to reach them and that was it. The pool was cleaned weekly. We could get to a grocery store, restaurants and everything we needed in under 10 minutes. Kids loved the pool and fishing in the river - even caught a few!

Family FUN

Trip to see family

The house was great. Everything was clean when we arrived and worked out as explained. The pool was great as well. It is located in a neighborhood but is close to golf and restaurants.

Beautiful modern home

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you need for cooking. It was a plus having a cooler you could use that was in the garage, along with pool toys. We even left a few we purchased for the next guests. :)
