Great Condo

Family loved the condo and quick easy access to pool… Covered parking spot was a little tight for our vehicle but had no issues using uncovered lot. Worked with getting us in a little early due to a schedule change on our part. Thanks again!!

Very nice place to stay in Biloxi

There is a Nice boardwalk along the beach for a stroll to some restaurants. The beach is broad and nice. The Mississippi Sound is not deep or inviting to swim in but it’s relatively safe for children with water shoes. The condo is located conveniently to drive to other places. I would book again if I were to go to Biloxi.

Great break from the Air Force base

When our son graduated BMT's he was stationed in Biloxi, MS at Keesler AFB. This location was PERFECT according to him!! This trip actually opened his eyes to how much there is to do outside of the base gates. You're close to the casinos, go karts, food and the beach. We absolutely loved the accommodations. 5 of us slept comfortably here. Unfortunately our son was again transferred except this time to Mississippi, so we more than likely won't ever have a need to visit Biloxi again however if we do, we would absolutely stay here again. The parking space for this specific unit is VERY TIGHT. It's literally the first spot to your left when you pull in through the security gates. If you have a truck you more than likely won't fit comfortably into the parking space. We have a Honda Odyssey and had to reverse it in because pulling it in was too hard. 10 out of 10 for this place!

Excellent Location

We have been visiting Biloxi for last several years and always try to stay at Sea Breeze due to it being directly on the beach. This condo was not only directly on beach and also on pool level, which was easy access from our balcony/porch area to the pool and beach.

The condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. The views of the pool and beach were beautiful. We hope to visit again in the future.

Fantastic property!!

A Highlight was the Ocean view with a heated pool right off of the private patio. The well lit Boardwalk that runs behind the property will bring you to a number of friendly beach bars with outstanding food (shaggys service is second to none!!). Easy walk across the street to Treasure Bay casino and Woodys Bar and Grill. Property is secure, gated and well maintained and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals at home. Would stay again over and over!

Great Condo on Biloxi Beach

Huge condo on the Gulf of Mexico. Large bedrooms, family room, kitchen and bathrooms. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Great location, close to several excellent restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. A casino (Treasure Bay) right across the street, although it was too smokey for my liking. Downtown Biloxi is a short Uber ride away, but I prefer this location. Less crowded and still lots to do. With that said, the 10 minute Uber ride is worth it, with many casino options (including a smoke free one) and some incredible steak houses.

Sea Breeze is very nice

The condo was clean and well maintained. The biggest issue with the condo, if you can call it that, was the dining room chairs' leg-levelers fell out when we moved them. The real annoyance was the parking space. It was immediately behind the elevator and had a concrete pillar on the other side, which made parking a full-sized van a pain. Otherwise, the stay was a pleasant one.

Great place to stay

We loved this condo! The ease of access to the beach and pool was our favorite part. It was also nice to have the boardwalk so you could walk to dinner. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect Vacation

Everything was perfect and just like the listing showed. From location, cleanliness, decor, and hospitality it well exceeded our expectations. It was almost like we had our own private pool and beach as there were not that many people at all. We can’t wait to go back.

Beaching It

My family and I have stayed at this property since 2007. We love this property because of its central location to everything. Now that the city has built a boardwalk right outside the property and the fact that we can walk to dinner on the boardwalk to 1 of 3 restaurants is amazing, it’s not a short walk but with the right weather it’s perfectly fine. The only issue I encountered this time was the lack of necessary stuff in the kitchen, minus cooking utensils, just basic stuff like foil and etc. Oh and the fact that the garage code was told to me incorrectly, which was resolved the next day after contacting the property manager. Overall I love the property and manager was extremely helpful.

Property was beautiful and perfect for our use

Condo was clean and beautiful. Location to pool and beach was perfect. All amenities worked out great. Weather good have been better. We were here in early May so see had rain, but stilled enjoyed the casinos and indoor activities. The key pad process could have been more smooth. The numbers were inaccurate but the property manager was a big help. Overall, the group really enjoyed ourselves and we hope to go back again sometime.

awesome place to stay

my five sisters and I stayed a week in this condo. it was a perfect place to relax and refresh ourselves. w We will definitely stay again. very easy to book our stay and great communication with our hostess.

V. nice condo, well appointed and clean. Our point of contact, Linda, was v. helpful with a question. Pre stay. I tried to get ahold of Evolve the management company and it took 6 calls to speak to a human. All else was good

Beachin in Biloxi

The location of this property is AMAZING! Our unit was on the first floor so it was through the pool area, right to the beach. Exactly what we were hoping for. The unit itself was fabulous: large, clean and convenient. I do wish there was at least 1 smart TV in the unit. With all the streaming options out there it would have been nice to log into Netflix while it rained. There were a couple of things that could have been made more clear...for example, there is only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no reserve rolls available. Also the unit says it can sleep up to 7, but there were not enough towels for 7 people. These things would not deter me from coming back, it was just not clear in any of the paperwork I read. Oh, the online check-in instructions told us to go to the office for our parking pass and wrist bands. However, the office told us that they should be in our unit already as they were going for zero contact check in. However, they were not in our room and we had to go back to the office to get them. Again, the office gal was super helpful, but it was a slight inconvenience. But overall, I will be going back! The location is amazing...just down the boardwalk from restaurants, souvenirs and oceanfront the entire way!

Condo convenience!

Seabreeze #204 provided my family of 6 with a very pleasant vacation despite the COVID pandemic. The on-site condo staff were helpful and friendly. The unit was super convenient to both pools, the beach, and local restaurants/attractions. The property manager name I was given was attentive, but was part of housekeeping team and unable to assist with property issues, such as an extra key for our mobile group. TIP: Bring extra trash bags and dishwasher tabs, as they only provide 2 of each, even for our 6-day stay. Also, our back bedroom remained quite warm despite thermostat adjustments. Overall, still a 5 star review!!! Thank you!

Best Vacation

we will definitely stay here again. the fact that there was a pool right outside our patio and was the same depth was a big plus with 3 kids ages 4, 6 and 8. the condo was bigger than the pictures and had everything we needed. can't wait to come back.
