Esta hermosa casa-lejos-de-casa cuenta con majestuosas vistas del pantano y el sonido. Esta encantadora casa incluye bañera de 6 persona caliente, ducha al aire libre, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, pisos de madera, combinado con una decoración elegante, armonioso y cautivar en este entorno de la isla serena. Usted puede lanzar su kayak, paddle board o simplemente sentarse en el muelle y disfrutar de los canales de marea en Topsail en este lugar perfectamente escondido en esta muy buscado barrio en Surf City.
Usted encontrará la cocina en la planta principal, junto con la sala de estar que se abre a una terraza con vistas al sonido. No envuelva asientos alrededor de amortiguación y una mesa de comedor junto con un columpio hamaca para disfrutar de la brisa sin fin de la vía acuática. También en esta planta hay un dormitorio y un baño completo.
La planta superior consta de 2 dormitorios, uno tiene una vista al mar y el segundo dormitorio es el principal con una terraza privada con una hermosa, de tamaño completo columpio hamaca. De esta cubierta de la escalera de caracol que conduce a la tercera cubierta historia Observación jactándose 2 sillas del capitán. Este punto de vista es increíble y un gran lugar para ver la puesta de sol sobre el sonido o buscar delfines en el océano.

We had a wonderful day here. This was our second stay and definitely plan to return. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions that I had. The place was very clean and everything was just as nice as the photos.

This was our second year staying here and we loved it just the same!! The view from the back porch is one of my favorites, short walk/drive over to the beach, and super close to lots of good food. The house was very clean and communication with the owners was super quick and easy. Thanks again!! We’ll be back!

The property was great, the location was great because we were close enough to the heart of Surf City to either walk or ride to the shops and food, but far enough away that our beach access area was not overcrowded

Fantastic Stay

We traveled for a local graduation and extended weekend on the beach. Our stay was fantastic from before we got to town. The owners messaged us before we arrived with info on the stay, local hot spots and everything we needed to know about the house! Once we arrived the house was absolutely beautiful and clean! The house had plenty of supplies for a family to stay and enjoy without worry! Towels and toiletries were great! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more and small appliances! The amenities were great. Kayaks out the back, hot tub, bikes, and perfect beach cart with chairs and umbrella! The owners have got everything you need to enjoy the stay and have a great time! Just got off the plane and stopped for milk on the ride over! We did have a slight issue which we contacted the owners and they immediately answered and came right over to help! We’re super friendly and couldn’t recommend them anymore! We will absolutely be staying here again! We look forward to the stay!

Enjoyable Trip

Surf City Beach

Surf City is a very laid back place with not much to do in terms of activities but the beach is peaceful, beautiful and clean. The house we have been is clean, well maintained with all the amenities needed to get the feel of home. It has beautiful views from the deck towards the swamps. The hosts were very courteous and helpful. Overall our trip was very peaceful and quiet time to catch up with family.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our trip so much to this beautiful property! It was so nice to be close to both the beach and the intercoastal. We kept busy with fishing, kite flying, brewery visits, something for everyone. The sunsets from the decks were just gorgeous. The owners were very friendly and helpful.The house was so clean and fresh! We will definitely be coming back!

Last summer beach weekend

We met my sister’s family at the beach. We loved that the house was on the intercostal side but still only a few blocks from the beach. It was so peaceful sitting on the decks for coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook our own meals. We used the kayaks to explore the area behind the homes. The hot tub was perfect!

I have been coming to Topsail since my childhood and this is my favorite place that I have stayed! Extremely clean, beautiful scenery, short walk to the beach, and very friendly/responsive hosts. We had so much fun kayaking and relaxing in the hot tub as well. We actually ended up getting engaged on the dock that is used to launch the kayaks! Best vacation ever, looking forward to returning next summer!

We are Joe and Malissa Lorson. We are the owners and the managers of this property.
We live nearby in Jacksonville, NC and we are available to assist immediately should anything come up during your stay. We bought this beautiful beach property in Spring of 2015.
Together we have 6 six children & 4 wonderful grandbabies.
We love our jobs but just as much we love relaxing at the beach and enjoying the company of each other and our family. We want to give you and your family the same experiences we've had here on Topsail Island.

You will fall in love with the serenity of the water views from all rooms in this beautiful home. You will especially enjoy the peacefulness of being directly on the waterway. We have a 6 person hot-tub to soothe your muscles and your mind. When you're done in the hot-tub, take a stroll down the lighted pier and relax on the small dock. You can fish, crab, watch the wildlife or enjoy a glass of wine. We've seen more species of birds from this dock than we ever dreamed imaginable.

There is something very special about this home that is hard to put into words. We searched the island for a property knowing exactly what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in, we both knew this was it! We haven't met anyone who didn't feel exactly the same after staying here. We like to treat our guests like family and your comfort is our primary concern. We love to travel and we have incorporated the very best parts of our travels into your vacation stay. You will find all the luxuries of home, a complete and furnished kitchen with all the upgrades.
