Family vacation.

Didn’t realize that property would be so close to where multiple homeless people live/sleep. Was a little nervous about that.

Tacoma getaway

Very nice property overall and good communication with Owner. Home was well stocked, clean and very spacious. It was a big plus to be on the second and third floor with a separate numberpad lock entry hallway. Neighborhood around home is a little rough but close to everything.

Fantastic home away from home.

What a beautiful well kept home. If you are looking for a property that is spacious, immaculate and centrally located this is the home for you. Our family of 6 ( 2 adults & 4 children) had more than enough room. All three bedrooms had comfortable bedding and individual thermostats and fans for your comfort. The kitchen was so clean and everything you need for preparing meals. The washer & dryer was definitely an added bonus. Sure beats staying in a hotel room. Michael was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Top notch from floor to ceiling. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. Just book it if you want a home away from home.

Property was nice but...

It was surrounded by homeless people. Its dad that such a nice property is in the middle of a homeless hub. Owner needs to approach zoning commission to relocate them. I feel for their circumstances but don't want to vacation in the middle of it.

Clean and well stocked

The property was incredibly clean, plenty of towels and washcloths were provided, kitchen was stocked with enough dishes for our 6 guests. There were a few houseless folks around the adjacent park but it wasn’t a problem. Easy access to I-5 and lots of spots to eat, get coffee, and grocery shop within 5-10 drives.

Great Place!

My husband and I stayed with our two adult sons. The rooms upstairs both have TVs and there’s a bathroom in between. We slept in the downstairs bedroom. It had a very comfortable bed, there’s a washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom, a nice bathtub that I enjoyed, the kitchen and bath had everything we needed, the furniture was perfectly accommodating for us. They have extra fluffy washcloths and towels. We spent a lot of time there because of snowy weather and enjoyed every minute of it!

Mike is a great host. He was available for my questions. He replied quickly and efficiently. The only dow side to this property is the neighborhood is not the greatest but it also is not the worst. My daughter's loved the playground next door!

Very clean place

Everything look new and cozy. Very nice big glass with church view. Very friendly owner, very easy contact. The only negative was the area itself, in which there were a lot of homeless and crazy people.

Great place to stay in Tacoma

I would have given 5 stars across the board if not for a mix up at the beginning of our stay. The property was just as advertised and was a great space for 5 adults. Good location in Tacoma with good parking. There had been a slight mix up with the guests who checked out the morning we arrived. The house cleaner had not gotten the message to come before our arrival. But as I was making the beds, I got a panicked message from Mike the host who had realized what had happened. He was very apologetic, sent her right over to fix things and refunded our cleaning fee. Everything went well after that, we had a great stay, and mike did everything he could to make our stay wonderful.

Great stay

The property was very clean and comfortable and centrally located. We had five people staying and it was more than enough space for us. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. It is an urban setting and very near downtown and there is homeless population in the area so if you aren't comfortable in that setting, you might prefer an exclusively residential neighborhood.

Great spot for downtown

Everything was great. Clean and easy. Stayed for a work trip and was like a home away from home. 5 stars!
