The property is ideally situated, close to the beach and the town. Our host was quick to respond to every question. The varnished wood in the dining room was warm and inviting. We appreciated other features, too, such as the screened in porch. It was a perfect fall getaway.

This was the perfect house for my daughter and me. An easy 2 blocks walk to the beach where it wasn’t too crowded to find a spot. Another easy stroll to the main strip for restaurants and shopping. Charles was a very kind communicator and host. Happy to return!

Cottage was very clean on arrival. AC units worked well when needed. Back patio gas grill is available and easy to use. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware. Two blocks from the beach in a great neighborhood. Just like being at home in a desirable vacation spot. Highly recommended.

The two best things about 802 Bayard were the front porch, and the mattresses. Oh, and the house was clean. Not to be overly critical, but there should be a railing on the front porch for those who need it, and a safety bar in the bathtub/shower enclosure. Although the living room is small, the furniture leaves a lot to be desired. There should be toilet tissue for the guests, and bath soap. Bathroom mirror needs replaced. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this rental.

House is exactly as advertised - a perfect place to sleep, located in walking distance to everything you'd want to do. We have stayed 2x now and hope to be back again! The host is very easy to communicate with and clear with instructions/what is made available for use at the house.

Nice yard, lots of fans and window air conditioning, a bit too loud in the bedrooms which makes it hard to sleep.In the Queen size bedroom, the drawer chest is in bad shape and some drawers are falling apart! We appreciated the offer street parking.

I planned a girls weekend in Rehoboth, and we stayed at Charles’ cottage. It could not have been more lovely. The home was super quaint and truly the perfect location. Walkable to the beach and also to downtown shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this cottage!!

We had a lovely stay the week after Labor Day! This is a cute house, equipped with everything we needed, in a great location (two blocks from the beach - a few more blocks from Rehoboth Ave). Couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful Beach Cottage!

This is a great place! We loved it and plan to stay again next summer. Really close to the beach. The cottage is clean and bright, perfectly furnished, and equipped with everything you need. The owner is nice, great with communication and really helpful.

Just perfect

This cozy cottage was just perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the front porch and the sitting area in the backyard. It was very hot during our stay but the air conditioning made the house comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location was close to both the beaches and Rehoboth Ave. Charles was tremendously responsive. Our stay could not have been better.
