As far as the actual room, it was excellent. The service there at the at the condo was not very good. Did not feel welcomed did not feel like anybody wanted to help me but as far as the room is concerned, it was excellent and I would recommend it to anybody. We did have power outage while I was there and so four floors of walking upstairs was no fun.

Experience was superb! Eros helped accommodate us in a beautiful unit on very short notice and she made us feel like very valued guests. Terry at the desk was very friendly and accommodating too and we felt very welcomed to the resort!

Very accommodating. Had beach chairs which was very nice. Very Clean condo. Nice size rooms, lots of towels and plenty of kitchen items to use. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub was very clean.

I was disappointed that there was not Cable in all bedrooms. Fortunately, I burned so I avoided the pool, which was being closed for 2 months. I was neither over-joyed nor totally disappointed. It was just, Meh...

Spring Break

Room and resort were nice. Very close walk to the beach and restaurants and stores. Johns pass was a nice close walk. Pool at the resort was very crowded at times as it’s not a very big pool. We weren’t aware that the pool was shared by another complex and also the residents of the boats in the marina. Limited chairs around the pool also. Last downfall is that there’s not a shared bathroom down on the first floor near the pool area. This was a pain while at the pool and also when on the beach. It’s a hike to have to go back up to your room to use the restroom.

Poor value for your money

Positives- ice maker worked - shower head was nice-located across the street from the beach. Negatives- tv remote never worked and blinds in the living room were broken and could not be pulled down. Washer and dryer located in a closet in the kitchen and were so loud that you could not hear the tv. Neighbors had two dogs that barked and even fought in condo near us and were so loud that we had to call front desk person, We told the front desk person about the broken blinds, the tv remote and the dogs barking and nothing was ever fixed.

Perfectly adequate

The location was fantastic. John's Pass area and the beach were all walking distance, even with a 4-year-old. The condo was extremely clean. Just know that it is not very well stocked. This isn't necessarily a negative against the property, but it's good to know what's waiting for you ... and in terms of supplies, not much. Bring your own beach towels, condiments, and such. But besides that, we had a great stay.

Fantastic condo

The location was great for a family. It was quick access to the beach, across the street at a very close crosswalk. John’s Pass was a 4 min. walk and gave us so much to do. We went on the bridge to see dolphins and pelicans feeding. We’ll be back again!

Nice place! Convenient the beach is walking distance from the resort.

Great time! Came to get away from maine snow an temps! Beach across the street made the vacation so much easier. Everything from souvenir shops to anything you can do on an under water! Occupied all the age ranges Little’s to teens. The rooms in the resort are very accommodating! Great time in Madeira beach! We will be back again!!

Really close to a nice clean beach the apt was nice and clean just wish the 2nd bedroom had a single bed and not bunk beds but otherwise it was nice and I would recommend

Great location and east of access

Beautiful property with an excellent view of the bay. It was very close proximity to beach access and local establishments. The only real issue we had was that we were close enough to the elevator we could hear it operate every time.

Beautiful

My family was very pleased during our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to utilize the kitchen for our meals for the hole week. Beach access was right across the street and John's Pass was approximately two blocks away. Warning: the bunk beds look very small in the picture and concerned me since I was traveling with high school kids. Not to worry, the kids were comfortable. The other kids were comfortable on the sleeper sofa. Definitely a great area to spend vacation. Thank you.
