One of the best things about this complex is its central location to everything. You can literally walk to almost anything in Breckenridge. There is a grocery store located right across the street, a dog park about 3 1/2 blocks up, a liquor store right across the street as well as restaurants, bars and shopping right out your front door. All of Tannhauser units are stocked nicely with most of what you will need during your vacation in Breckenridge, and if there is something lacking, just inform the friendly staff, they are always willing to help. The Views from almost all of our units are spectacular. You are able to see the 10 mile range from most of our units. Enjoy this affordable downtown lodging location now

We have been living in and around the mountains of Summit County for almost 20 years having moved here in 1996. We started a family 8 years later and still love all that the mountains have to offer. Having started our own cleaning business in 1996, we have now evolved into property management are loving every second of it. We are a family owned and operated business with close ties to the community. As a family we enjoy the outdoors, both winter and summer mountain activities and live life to the fullest at this high altitude. Downtown Lodging is the most convenient location to have when staying in Breckenridge. You have the most amount of flexibility staying in the downtown area, as you can walk to the slopes as well as the restaurants, shopping and activities. Catching a free shuttle is also an easy more relaxing way of getting around. With a grocery store right across the street you are able to take full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen but can also access all of the wonderful restaurants right out your front door.

Convenient location

This is an awesome location, short walk to the Quicksilver chair lift and you are right on main street. What more could you ask for. It was very nice that in the second bedroom there is a nice size bunk bed. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. Lovely place you'll enjoy and being on the 3rd level lovely view of the mountains.

Location, location, location!

Super close to everything in town making it very convenient to sight see with small kids, right on the bus route, clean and tidy. Prompt response by property management to all requests.

Not bad overall- Needs some TLC

If you're just looking for a place to crash on Main Street in Breckenridge, this place will suffice. However when booking a condo rather than a hotel, certain amenities are expected.

Pros:

Great location right on mainstreet

Great fireplace

Comfortable beds.

Cons:

THE KITCHEN- all of the appliances are extremely outdated and a major, major firehazard. It really became quite almost comical how many things were not in working order as we tried to prepare meals in this kitchen, It would have been funny, if it were not such a dangerous fire hazard.

The blender is probably 30 years old, and leaked pancake batter all over the counter.

The microwave does not work- blown heating element maybe? Didn't dare attempt to use it more than once.

The utensils- all old and need to be trashed- the handle came right off the whisk as I was stirring.

The hairdryer started smoking and died during our first attempted use.

There are no spices, sugar or any staples. I don't expect a fully stocked spice rack, but again, when paying for a kitchen, the basic essentials are expected .Thank God there were at least coffee filters.

Nice, small condo, in convenient location but we wont be staying here again.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your comments Kendra. This was the first I had heard about so many non-working appliances. I will make sure to check all of these out. I have extra appliances in my office for just this reason, so I'm happy to replace any items that aren't in working order. I like your idea of providing some essential cooking items too. I always try to take these reviews and improve on my services. Please give us a call in the future, as all of my units are individually owned and some are definitely better stocked than others. I offer all of our repeat customers a 10% discount. I would love the opportunity to show you what a great place we really have here on main street.

great location, nice place, nothing fancy

quite enjoyed our stay. Two bedroom apartment right on main street. Everything was clean, working, and comfortable. Only facilities issue for us was relatively slow and inconsistent wifi access: I ended up using my phone because the wifi was too flakey to watch a movie over.

But, we had a nice stay. And would definitely return to this property!
