This cute one-bedroom condo is nicely maintained and located one block off Main Street, with a grocery store across the street. You can park your car in the underground garage (first-come, first-served) or in the back alley and walk to everything. Bring your dog and visit the Dog Park located just a few blocks away. Coin-operated laundry located just down the hall

This can be very inconvenient. Other options may include looking for overnight parking in other areas of Summit County, such as Frisco or Dillon.

Great location for both our pups and us! It’s very close to the dog park so we can wear out our dogs before hitting the town. It’s is a small cozy place and worked well for what we needed. Only comment would be that the bed is very squeaky: needs some WD40!

Great stay!

Excellent spot just off Main St! Very clean and recently updated. Perfect for us and our Golden Retriever Hans. Well book again next time we’re in Breck!

Convenient location to Main street

This was a great get away spot for my small family wanting to get out of Denver for the weekend. Conveniently located to Main street, restaurants, across the street from the grocery, dog friendly, and just enough room for us to setup a pack & play for our toddler in the living room. We would book it again.

Great location!

We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 dogs. Location is great for downtown access. Unit was clean, as described and quiet. Underground parking was a plus. Communication was great for check in.

Great location!

Location was great - close to ski lift and right off Main St. close to shopping and restaurants. We did not have to move our car after we got there. Also it's across the street from a grocery store. Very clean and had everything we needed, except a dishwasher. Entrances could have been previously shoveled better so there was little or no ice.

Comfortable and clean in the heart of Breck!

I stayed here for 4 nights to enjoy late spring skiing and will definitely be back. It's well appointed with linens, towels, soaps, and a care package with coffee, cocoa, tea, paper towels and a few other things. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Convenient parking. Quiet at night. I rent around Breck multiple times every year and would rate this an excellent value.

Great location but needs upgrades

Really good location. Very small but just right for 2 Easy to get around. Parking a bit tough if your driving a full size truck. Utensils definitely need to be upgraded. Felt like I was playing with a toy set. Might want to bring your own. Bed was not all that great. Other than that it’s a good deal for the area.

No windows, and is way to small for a family of 4

There were some great things about this unit. Your location on Main Street is amazing. The contact between the occupants, and the management company was really good as well. However there are no windows, and no airflow in this unit. It was extremely warm, and never cool down even with the sliding door open. The sliding door is the only access to the outside, it does not have a screen door on it. Therefore you really can’t leave it open while you’re not there, due to critters making their way in. This is truly a great place if there are only two people. But beware, it feels like a dungeon. I hate to leave bad reviews, because the process of running the place was very easy. However, I would not return

Good Location

The entire building is tired looking, drab, dingy and not well maintained. There were 2 empty coffee cups near the main front door for about 3-4 days. There was a lot of ice on the front step that was VERY dangerous to navigate. The condo we were in was carpeted which gives me pause when used with the words dog friendly. The tub was very slippery and when you moved it made a noise that sounded like it might break and we are not large people. We have stayed in lots of VRBO condos and this one needs a little TLC. It would be nice to have a full set of dishes. There was warm water for showers but the water was getting cooler by the end of the second shower. There were a lot of stairs to navigate. It was not the best fit for us.

GREAT Location!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this condo so we could bring our dogs. The location is the BEST! The write up suggested the screen door had been replaced and it had not. That was a game changer. Leaving the door open - which is the ONLY opportunity for fresh air (no windows and no air conditioning) without a screen door, allowed for bugs to come in at their pleasure. Believe it or not, Breckenridge does get hot in the summer. And it was toasty hot while we were there so it was pretty uncomfortable. The condo is too small to not have the door open so the owners really need to replace the screen door (not just say they will). If you like to cook, bring your own pots and pans. The cookware is very old and worn and should not be used. There is no oven so they provide a toaster oven that is old and fills the unit with smoke. Bottom line, if you plan to eat out for every meal you will love the condo even more. The property was very clean, except for the carpet. Whomever stayed before us, left fresh pet stains in the carpet. They were new when we got there and were dirty black by the time we left from foot traffic. It's tough to have carpet in a condo that allows pets. If you are looking for a quiet location that is walking distance to everything - this is a great spot for you. FABULOUS location!

Great property for 2

Location was great, everything was as described. It's a good size for 2 people (and two big dogs). If you needed to use the pull out couch it would have been too tight but for us it was perfect. The garage parking was super convenient and the communication with the management company was very easy.

Great Location

Great location you can walk just about anywhere. Condo is very small wouldn’t recommend for more than two people. Bedroom doesn’t have a window - which made it quite hot in the summer. The building also had some interesting smells - if your sensitive to that you might want to look elsewhere. But the kitchen was well stocked and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Breck. Plus parking was easy and included! Overall I would recommend.
