Condo vue océan au coeur de OOB

Propre condo d'une chambre avec vue sur l'océan à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage! Située au cœur d'Old Orchard Beach, cette unité ensoleillée mise à jour peut accueillir quatre personnes et donne sur Memorial Park. Le jeudi soir, profitez du feu d'artifice hebdomadaire du pont. L'unité loue HEBDOMADAIRE SAMEDI à SAMEDI. Lit queen dans la chambre et futon queen dans le salon. Les locataires doivent apporter leurs propres draps, couvertures, serviettes et taies d'oreillers, mais ils sont libres d'utiliser la laveuse et la sécheuse situées dans le logement. Un chariot de plage, un parasol et deux chaises de plage sont également inclus.

Great time in OOB!

We really enjoyed the condo, it was just as it was in the pictures. We love the area, and the condo was a short walk from the beach and the pier. We would definitely stay at this condo again and we would recommend it to others!

This place was great! Great location overlooking the park. Great view of the weekly fireworks. Loved having washer and dryer in condo. Nothing negative to say at all. Will definitely stay again

We had a great time in Old Orchard Beach! We have stayed at this condo last year also and really enjoyed it. The location is great, within walking distance to beach, and downtown. There is a balcony we like sitting out on, that overlooks the park, and you can see the ocean a and tge fireworks

Fantastic!

We stayed in the heart of the city overlooking the Park. The condo is super clean and is equipped with everything we could need! Restaurants, shopping and swimming is within walking distance. We have rented it twice and we can’t wait for next time! This place is a Gem❤️

Great Vacation!

This place was awesome! Very clean. Close to everything! Fair, beach, restaurants and shopping! The condo has everything you need and is within walking distance of all you could want! Never a dull moment! We already reserved this gem again next year!

Wonderful accommodations!

We had a great time in Old Orchard Beach! The condo is very clean, the view is calming, the bed is comfortable and the futon very comfortable. I was impressed with the new furniture. The location of the condo could not be any better! A short walk to the beach and pier, no need to pay everyday to park. Plus it’s close to other towns there are endless things to do and places to see. I have attached pictures of just a few of the things we did while here. The host is very informative with favorite spots, etc. and fast response to any questions you may have. We highly recommend Kevin and his Ocean View Condo. The fireworks on Thursday night in the summer are spectacular also, a must see!

Perfect location

Apartment was nicely appointed, had everything I needed to have a very enjoyable stay. I was able to watch the fireworks from the balcony and not fight the crowds which was very nice. Kevin was kind enough to remind me the night they were happening. He was very responsive to any inquiry. There was someone in the apartment above me that had a child running (stomping). I messaged Kevin & he contacted the property management to to take care of it. Great place, would highly recommend with location & layout.

Très beau condo, très propre et tout le nécessaire y était, bien situé pour l'accès à la plage. Nous avons bien apprécié le petit chariot pour mettre nos accessoires de plage (chaise, parasol etc..)

Clean and fully equipped

The condo had everything we needed and more. Right near the beach and we enjoyed the balcony at night. This is our third time here and we already booked for next year’s vacation.

Location! Location! Location!

Absolutely fantastic! Walking distance to everything OCC has to offer! This condo was adorable, and very clean! You can watch the fireworks right from the deck! and the unit had everything we needed to feel right at home! Kevin is a wonderful host and has excellent communication throughout, from booking to check-out! Greatest compliment I can give is that when we plan on coming back, we will rent here again!

Wonderful experience

The property was easy to find. All attractions within walking distance including the beach (short 7-8 minute walk) yet far enough away from the noise of the arcades, etc. Loved having morning coffee on the deck overlooking Memorial Park. I stayed for 2 weeks and found it extremely helpful to do laundry in the unit. I had several guests visit me for a few days at separate times. They also found the space quite lovely ... certainly a gem! Reaching Kevin was easy and his response time was almost immediate. Highly recommend!

Great Location

This condo has a great location overlooking a large park with views of the amusement park/pier and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Close enough to walk to everything but still out of the fray of tourists. The owner is super easy to work with and is very responsive to your needs.

Great Beach Location

My husband and I have come to Old Orchard the last two years and really enjoy this location. Seven minute walk to the beach and convenient to all the amusements and the pier. The apartment Is cozy and very clean. Kevin our host was Very helpful and always made sure to respond to my emails with any questions We enjoyed our week and highly recommend this apartment.

Great beach condo and amazing location

Kevin’s condo was the perfect location for my family’s annual OOB vacation. The place was so spacious, clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It is about a 3 minute walk to the beach which worked out well for us as we have a little one that needs breaks from the beach. It is so close to all the fun at the Pier but located on a quiet neighborhood street. Kevin was a great host and so accessible to answer any questions that we had. We can’t wait to stay again next summer!!

Great place to stay!

Property was exactly as pictured, close enough to not have to drive to beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet location, beautiful view of park and ocean (in the distance) from the deck. Great a/c in living room, used fans to reach the bedroom (need it cold). Nice quiet ceiling fan over the bed. Beach cart was key, don't know how I lived without one before! Owner super friendly & very responsive.

Close enough to the beach without all of the noise and traffic

One block away from the center and in a nice neighborhood. We had a great stay and will be booking again next year! It is the perfect distance away from everything so you can have quiet time when you want but still not have to drive to get anywhere. The property was immaculate. The owner was very responsive, answering within minutes and even giving us a courtesy text to remind us about the fireworks Thursday. You won't find a better location!

Perfect in every way!

I can't say enough good things about this place and the owner, the whole experience was so pleasant. We have been visiting Old Orchard Beach since the early 90's. This was absolutely the best trip ever because of our accommodations. The property is immaculate and filled with conveniences. I did not expect it to be as perfect as it was, so easy to stay there. The washer/dryer was really helpful to us because we travel by plane and didn't have to pack as much for our trip, that was a nice bonus. The kitchen is supplied with everything I needed and more. The owner was so awesome to work with. He made sure I knew how to contact him if I had problems or questions and was so helpful with extras like the location of the nearest store. The balcony has the best views of the park, ocean and fireworks. It was really easy for us to walk to everything, couldn't ask for a better location. I liked the designated parking spaces, that was really nice. This property is definitely our choice for all our future trips to Maine.
