Located in the ideal location, this home is just steps to the beach, convenient to Main Beach, and less than a 5-minute drive into charming downtown Fernandina Beach and its variety of great restaurants and shops.

In this home, you'll have views of the ocean from the living room and newly-replaced balcony and you are less an 100 steps to beach access. The beaches on this end of the island are very quiet and not crowded - ideal for a couple or family looking for a relaxing getaway.

Inside, the living area has plenty of seating and boasts ocean views from the main part of the home. The living room opens up to the expansive balcony where you also enjoy great ocean views. Flat screen TV in the living room, DVD player, and free WiFi service provided.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas burning stove-top and has been well-stocked. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs for the guest's convenience.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bathtub. There is half bath/laundry room accessible from the downstairs deck area and it has been outfitted with a new washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower that is convenient when returning from the beach.

Plenty of deck space both on the top level and lower level make this a great home for kicking back and taking in the ocean views!

This home is also within easy walking distance to Main Beach, which offers a playground, miniature golf, and seafood restaurants.

This home is just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina Beach and very convenient to the Atlantic Recreation Center pool, which traditionally offers public access and a kids splash park for a small fee. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and lots of other great family activities, like Ft. Clinch just around the corner.

The home itself has been completed remodeled and designed with comfort and style in mind. It is truly the perfect cozy cottage and has that old-fashioned Amelia Island charm.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and bathroom has all new fixtures. Beds have high-end linens to give you a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach.

Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.
