Whether you walk 10 minutes to the Mickey and Friends FREE tram that takes you to the front gates of the park, or 15 minutes to Downtown Disney, you just can’t beat the location. + Max Occupancy - 9 individuals including infants (6 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single car garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours 9am - 10pm.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

The place was not as pictured. It is quite a bit older than the pictures show. The floor is old and buckling, the chairs are very dirty, there was a broken rung on the stairs which was unsafe. The location is close to Disneyland and the beds were comfy.

The beds were comfortable and the space worked well for me, my two adult daughters, my sister, and cousin. It was nice to be able to make meals and do laundry, which saved us money in the long run. I wish that it was a closer walk to Disneyland so we didn't have to spend so much on Ubers, but for what it was, it served us well.

Great location!

We booked this property for its location, which was as advertised very close to Disney! Managers were very good at communicating all the information we needed. The property could use some updates, especially the exteriors looked run down. The sofa bed was very bad (even for a sofa bed) so I wouldn’t plan on anyone sleeping there! The pool was very nice.

Great Location

The location is great. It's about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The condo had everything we needed. We had breakfast before walking to Disney each day and could have cooked meals if we wanted. The host responded very quickly to questions and was helpful. My only issue was getting the booking settled was a bit of a hassle. They require you sign paperwork and pay through their Funtierland portal and charge a fee for credit card payments.

The property was just okay. Proximity was great for access to Disney theme parks. The property felt safe. The property manager responded to issues with the porch light and the internet/wifi. Primary and secondary bedroom were clean and comfortable. The third bedroom had some issues. It didn't feel as clean, the light has a pull chain which could not be reached by children, and the TV did not have access to a power outlet. We found a ceiling water stain in the master closet. The kitchen was lacking some basic utencils or had some not functioning. We needed a laundry basket. The place felt a little small for 3 adults and 3 tweens. There were plenty of towels.The place was okay for us but could be better for somebody else, perhaps if they have less people staying with them.

This property was great. Easy check-in, very communicative hosts, very convenient location just minutes from Disneyland. Everything was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, broken microwave was replaced immediately, good beds and covering. Would gladly stay here again.

Second time at bedknobs and broomsticks

We love this particular condo for its amenities and proximity to downtown Disney. It’s clean and has what we need for a great vacation. The only ding is the lack of extra bedding and a pillow for the trundle bed, and the fact that the cleaning crew was not done by the 4pm check in.

Magical Stay!

Location and cleanliness cannot be beat for a Disney vacation! My family, 4 adults ages 38-71, and children (both aged 8) had the best 4 night stay here! It’s literally across the street from Disney. A quick 7 minute walk to the Disney tram gets to you to the parks in less than 15 minutes total. Amazing! The place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We hope to come back next year and will absolutely check here first .

Ideal location

The property overall fit our needs and was a great location for walking into downtown Disney. The complex is super rundown. The unit itself is fine. Rundown and a bit dingy, definitely more so than the photos show. But the beds were Comfortable and spacious for us 5. The filter For the hvac needs desperately to be changed: you can see the dust layered on it and we had to run the ac at night due to heat. Otherwise a good option to be close To Disneyland.

Run Disney stay

We stayed here to participate in RunDisney events. We liked having a washer and dryer to take care of post-race laundry. The condo is quite a walk to Disney when it’s hot, and it was unseasonably so this trip, so we ended up using Uber most of the time. The condo had everything we needed as advertised, but was a little more dated than we expected, and could use a little fixing up inside. The host communication was excellent and they were very accommodating to requests. This is a good place to stay if you don’t mind a longer walk to the parks.

We had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing with having a shallow pool and a deep pool that worked for all ages and swimmers.
