About this property

FLATS CAPPIO 3 - Seafront, with air conditioning, TVs, fans, WIFI, etc.

Apartment of 55 m², divided into two floors (ground and upper), with two suites, full kitchen, parking, outdoor showers, individual laundry, solar heating, alternative water supply system with 8000 liters cisterns (in reserve). Built in traditional masonry, with tiled floors, under radier lages + drills (total security).
Both suites each flat with televisions, air conditioning, fans, and wireless internet (WIFI).
Kitchens with refrigerators, stove, microwave. Electric coffee maker, table and chairs, plus all the other basic items for a good stay.
We add that there is only one flight of stairs to the second floor.
As for our address, we are located at Avenida da Jabaquara beach, corner with D. Pedro II in front of the sea, and only 1200 meters from the historical center of Paraty.

O flat em si achei pequeno para quatro pessoas, mas para um casal é ideal. Preço razoável, de frente pro mar, fácil acesso ao Centro e outros pontos turísticos.

Ótima localização. Quanto ao flat deixa muito a desejar, o banheiro da parte térrea é minúsculo, os equipamentos da cozinha estão em péssimo estado, principalmente o fogão que está com os queimadores corroídos pela ferrugem, chega a ser perigoso o uso. Os utensílios de cozinha são contados. Tinha lâmpadas queimadas, e falta de adaptadores para as tomadas. O sinal do wi-fi é péssimo. Tivemos uma péssima recepção. No primeiro contato com a recepcionista MAIARA já fomos cobrados da taxa de limpeza se deixássemos o local sujo, sendo que essa taxa já estava incluída. . O Rodrigo é prestativo e foi muito atencioso.

Delícia de lugar

A experiência foi ótima. A recpcionista ( Maiara) foi extremamente gentil, o lugar é belíssimo, de fácil acesso a tudo, e ao mesmo tempo tranquilíssimo, e o flat gostoso, aconchegante. Claro que algumas coisa podem e devem ser melhoradas, tais como colocar um piso na área dos fundos, trocar panelas e dispor de louças indispensáveis como xícaras e pires. Uma torradeira seria fundamental.
