Great Stay!!

This property is perfect! Just as described and shown through the photos. Everything you need in a vacation rental. Stocked with all the kitchen, bath, sleeping and entertainment essentials. Located right in the heart of old town with the ability to walk to anything…shops, restaurants, bars, bike and walking paths and baseball. Super quiet and wonderful neighbors in the complex. Pool and grounds are well maintained. Easy check in/out instructions and thorough communication. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Exceptional place!

Such an amazing place to stay! Perfect location next to Scottsdale Stadium and old town. Nice and quiet neighborhood, with a nice pool to cool off in. The complex and condo itself was extremely clean and kept up. The kitchen had all appliances you could ever need making it extremely easy to cook. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. This place has everything you could ever want and more! Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone, and will come back and stay again! Thank you B for your awesome place and communication throughout!

Attractive, clean, and perfectly located

We loved this place! We wanted an experience close to Old Town, Scottsdale and this was right on. You can walk to all the little shops and restaurants and it was walkable to the upscale Fashion Square as well. There were many restaurants with outside patios and social distancing policies so even during this pandemic, you could enjoy them. The condo is located on the second floor of a pleasant retro style complex with views of palm trees everywhere. Furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The kitchen had most anything you needed to cook and there’s a BBQ by the pool. Our only frustration was the “smart” TV. We did get it going with the owners help but we need to get more up to date on general principles. A little “Smart TVs for Dummies” book would help. Don’t miss Chadwick’s!! It’s a wonderful little market/cafe just two blocks away on 2nd street. Their wine selection and deli are amazing and you can pick up neccessities like paper towels and garlic powder as well. Try the peppercorn or lemongrass sausage, In short, we would recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

Cozy condo

I love this condo ! I wish I could move in ! Owner was always fast to respond and so nice ! Place was very cute and in a great location ! Pool was always clean and never crowded I typically was the only one in there when I went very quiet area. It Was nice having your own parking spot in the back with shade. Washer and dryer worked really well and was convenient. It was nice having the roku remote to have Netflix amazon etc. overall place has everything you need I am def going to stay here again

Really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was exactly like we had seen in the pictures and location to the old Scottsdale area was ideal. Met a lot of great people who are owners of other condos in the complex and all made us feel welcome. Would recommend this place and owner highly.

Great condo in a great location! Property owner was very helpful. This is the perfect spot!

Had an outstanding time staying at the “DAYO”. My wife and I walked Old Town, Fashion Square, biked the aqueduct, and had walkable access to dozens of great restaurants. Condo was clean, comfy, comfortable and reasonably priced. We’d come back over and over again. Thanks!

Pleasant stay in Scottsdale

We stayed at your BnB last week and we were absolutely impressed by the attention to detail that you placed regarding your property. The kitchen was very well stocked and, as a couple that likes to have options for cookware, this was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness and organization was much better than our experience with previous and “excellently rated” apartments on Air BnB. Even your attention to amenities for the TVs, the Apple Products, and ability to plug in periphery was excellent. In short, thank you for allowing us to have such a memorable and pleasant stay in Scottsdale. If and when we return to Arizona, we will be sure to book our stay with one of your properties.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished condo with lots of natural light. Has everything you need. Close to all the fun in downtown Scottsdale, but peaceful too. I will be back.

Everything we needed in a perfect location!

We were amazed at how Brent has furnished this condo with all the comforts of home. We only ate breakfast at home, but we could have easily prepared and served full meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The living room furniture was comfortable, with good lighting, and we appreciated the bedroom having a dresser and extra pillows. Besides helpful maps & brochures, there’s also a great book about hikes in the area. We spent a fun morning hiking in the McDowell Mt. Regional Park as a result. Another huge plus: the washer & dryer. We’ll definitely be back to DAYO #22, and recommend it to others.

Amazing!

This condo is in a great location. It's a short walk to everything...Old Town Scottsdale, shopping, fine dining, pubs, museums, baseball, etc. And anything else you could possibly need is just a mile or two away. The condo complex is well maintained and on a very quiet street. There's covered parking in the back. The pool is clean and heated. The condo is very clean. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are in great working order. Towels and linens are new. The beds are extremely comfortable. The unit is very quiet...no street or people noise. Having a full size washer/dryer in the unit is so convenient. The owner was so accommodating. He addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. I highly recommend it. Thank you for an amazing month in Scottsdale!

Amazing stay!!!

We stayed at this cute condo for 4 nights. It is within walking distance to Oldtown Scottsdale which has SO much to see and do. The owner of this condo was very accommodating and answered all my questions promptly. The furnishings are very modern and the beds were very comfortable. If you plan on coming to this area of Scottsdale, I highly recommend staying here!!!
