We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The property was comfortable, inviting and well appointed with everything we needed. Andra was a lovely host and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The proximity to UNH and Portsmouth made it a perfect place for our trip.

What a lovely two night stay! It was so comfortable and felt like being home or at a close friend or family’s home. Andra was so easy to work with, and made us feel welcome with muffins, snacks, and drinks, The backyard water view was so peaceful. And the sunset…amazing!! My husband enjoyed the kayak. If we find our way back to NH, we’ll definitely stay again!

We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting friends nearby. Andra is a super host. She was very responsive, even anticipated some of our needs. The king bed is especially cozy and comfortable. Nice adjoining bath. My only regret is not knowing that it is a two story unit. My husband and I are elderly and had a rough time getting our suitcase up the stairs.

Thanks for the nice review. I’m sorry you didn’t realize from the photos that the bedroom is upstairs. I only wish you would have asked me for help with your bags as I tell my guests to ask for anything needed. I would have been more than happy to have helped you with that. Andra

Charm, charm, charm! You will love this cottage, with its spacious upstairs bedroom with very comfy king bed, chaise lounge, view of the water, and spacious bathroom with double showers. Andra has thought of conveniences and amenities that make this a very special stay. We enjoyed sunsets overlooking the water from the patio, which includes an outdoor kitchen. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the fireplace and outdoor igloo.

This was such a lovely place, we wish we stayed longer! Andra was the perfect hostess. The space was filled with treats, coffee and creamer, fresh flowers and there were beautiful touches everywhere to make us feel welcome and at home. The best part was the view of the bay, with plenty of comfy outdoor seating and an outdoor kitchen (that we unfortunately didn't get to use). The bed was very comfortable the the bathroom had anything we may have forgotten to bring. We were especially grateful to Andra for helping us find a local business when we had an issue with our car. Would love to come back! Thanks for everything!

This was an absolute treasure of a place and the goat was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every part of the stay. The outdoor little kitchen was a wonderful addition but the view from the deck is where we spent most of our time. The host provided snacks upon arrival and has almost everything you need to just come and relax.

We had a lovely time at this rental for a girls' weekend. Communication from the host was very clear and helpful, making check-in and departure a breeze.Snacks and breakfast treats welcomed us in. A toaster oven, microwave, and well-stocked covered outdoor grill area complement the fridge (stocked with drinks upon arrival!)Morning coffee (coffee and creamer provided) overlooking the water was a great start to a day of exploring and thrift shopping from a convenient "home base."The bathroom is spacious, with essentials provided and plenty of fresh towels. The bedroom has a water view and the comfortable bed was welcoming after a long day. The area was very quiet at night, allowing us to recharge! We had a short stay, so didn't get a chance to use the kayaks, but what a great perk!
