Nice, spacious, clean, loft right in the heart of Old Town FOCO. Owner had excellent communication. Loft is over busy street with late night bars which is disclosed in the listing (we found noise tolerable, but more sensitive folks should be cautious). Nearby Parking Garage was 1 per hour.

This is a wonderful property! It is right in the middle of Old Town. The facility is first rate. We loved being on top of a great coffee shop. The only issue is parking in Old Town. We noticed that there was private parking. Maybe it would be possible to snag one spot near the building. We loved our stay here.

Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking spot for the building, not many places downtown do. That is the reason the city has built so many parking structures on nearly every corner of downtown. Anyway, it was a pleasure hosting you all and look forward to having you again soon.

The location was fantastic—close to the square and all the shops, and even better, right above a coffee shop. Having fresh pastries and coffee just steps away was such a nice surprise.The only downside was parking. If you can’t find a spot directly in front of the VRBO, the walk can be a bit far.Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is a little pricey, but you’re really paying for the prime location.

Location, location, location

This place was great. Easy check-in, host was responsive, the property was spotless and it was right in the heart of Old Town - an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. My son is attending CSU and we're planning to rent again during our next visit

The Saturday night noise from the street/bars/restaurants made it difficult to sleep. They provided a noise machine, but it wasn’t enough. The loft itself was adorable and well decorated.

Pretty bummed to receive a four star review based on noise when we clearly note that "noise can be a factor" especially being located in the heart of downtown overlooking old town Square on one of the busiest Saturday nights of the fall. So glad you enjoyed the loft and had a great time but next time you may want to stay somewhere a little farther from the action.

We loved our stay at the loft! It was clean, modern, nicely decorated and it was the perfect location! We walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring downtown. From shopping to food to coffee to bars, the downtown location had it all.

Also, please know for next time that in the guest check-in instructions there is a very large section in regards to "parking" alone discussing all of the parking options from parking structures, free parking side streets, etc. I'm sorry that you missed that. Also, we don't provide coffee considering we are directly above one of the best coffee shops in all of Fort Collins, but there is a coffee maker there as you know. A Little Gem in Ft Collins

Perfect location/walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants in downtown Ft Collin. Very clean and well kept property. Big bonus… coffee shop just downstairs!

Great central Ft Collins loft

Loved our stay. Beautiful loft, comfy beds, right in the center of town. Definitely more for adults and you have to haul your stuff up a ling flight of stairs as there is no secure parking.

Adorable loft in the middle of Old Town

Great place in a great location! Adorable coffee shop right downstairs and ice cream right next door! Ear plugs came in handy, especially on Friday and Saturday night. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location

Perfect for walking around old town and enjoying all the different breweries and bars. Short walk to Odell and New Belgium breweries and also to CSU. We had 4 adults and fit comfortably. Would stay there again if we come back to Fort Collins.

A lot of late night noise and train noise which we expected staying downtown. Very cool rehab.

Fun, central downtown location

This is a lovely little loft, perfect for people interested in being out and about while in FoCo. The parking situation is not ideal, however, we were able to make it work with little to no struggle.
