UNIT 7 is our most popular condo, beautifully decorated in a coastal theme with white wicker furniture and is located on the 2nd level, up 2 flights of stairs. There is a full, well-stocked kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower, queen bed, living area with queen sleep sofa, large-screen TV, Hi-speed WIFI, carpeting, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and plantation shutters that open to outside dining on the balcony. There is 1 assigned parking space, a separate HVAC system, as well as contactless-secure keyless entry. NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PETS.

GREAT LOCATION - Dominica Beach is located oceanside, between 41st and 40th streets - just one building back from oceanfront. Enjoy a low-density beach as there are no hotels on our block. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial weekend in May to the 3rd weekend after Labor Day in September. It's just a short walk to the Convention Center, great restaurants, night clubs, mini-golf, stores, shops, Jolly Rogers amusement/water park, and the famous Boardwalk. Also, OC offers great bus service and bike rentals!

GREAT AMENITIES include a complementary beach tote upon your arrival filled with your bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, coffee makers, toaster and blender. Inside the condo you will find paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and a new sponge on the sink. In the cabinet above the microwave, are K-cups/coffee, filters, sweeteners, creamer, cooking oil, salt/pepper. We also provide dish & dishwasher detergent, hand soap & bath bar, as well as laundry detergent & fabric softener. On the ground level, you have access to several locked storage units where you will find a large supply of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, carts, coolers), games, books/magazines, baby items (strollers, highchairs, booster seats, pack-n-plays, pads), and a shared area for personal items/bikes, as well as a first-aid kit. There is an outside shower to rinse off the sand. We provide all bedding (mattress pads, blankets, quilts/comforters, pillows) that are changed regularly. All mattresses and pillows are encased in a protective covering. Each condo has one assigned parking space. Additional, free parking is available on 41st Street and at the Convention Center for extra or over-sized vehicles and before/after check-in and out.

GREAT SERVICE - We are a family owned and operated small business at Dominica Beach. When you book with us, you are dealing directly with us, not a management company or corporate giant. We pride ourselves on the four C's: good communication, cleanliness, comfort and convenience. We are frequently on site, but if not, we are available via phone, text and email. Our cleaning staff is local and uses CDC-recommended standards for disinfecting in all of our cleaning protocols, including replacing linens, towels, bath rugs, and blankets. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible with memory-foam mattresses on the sleep sofas, and high-quality mattresses. And what could be more convenient than not having to load your car with beach chairs and umbrellas, when you can walk downstairs and select what you need; or being able to get to a bathroom quickly from the beach; or leaving your sheets/blankets/towels for the cleaning staff, and doing some last-minute shopping, rather than spending hours doing laundry?
