About this property

Beach Block Condo - Near Convention Center

If you are looking for the perfect location for a family beach week, or a place to stay while you attend an event at the convention center, you’ve found it. Our condo is located on the beach block of 41st street. A perfect day here looks like coffee and breakfast on the balcony, spending the morning by the ocean, lunch either on the beach or back at the condo, mini golf and then dinner at one of the great restaurants within walking distance.

Some things to know:

1 .This is a 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) w/1 parking space. Additional public, non-metered parking is available.

2. This is a no smoking or vaping unit.

3. We love animals, but unfortunately, condo rules do not allow pets.

4. Please be considerate of neighbors.

5. While we provide sheets, please bring your own bath and beach towels.

6. There are additional condo rules/policies posted on the stairs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This property was amazing. We enjoyed to convince of how close everything was and the very minimal walk to the beach. The host was very helpful and made the whole experience easier. Being able to do laundry and make quick meals was a game changer and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again

We had a great time! We hope to book again and come back. The couch was comfortable and supportive. Do note the covered parking is not high, so avoid if you have a tall vehicle/roof rack/etc.

Perfect location

Property was very clean and had an amazing location. Very close to beach and if you’re in town for something at the convention center this is perfect. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Great Location!

Place is very nice with a great location! Just wish there was a dresser or somewhere to put clothes…there was a closet where I could hang clothes but we mostly lived out of our suitcase.

Great Oceanside Condo

Mini vacation

We had an excellent long weekend at this property. We were so close to the convention center for my son’s tournament and easily could go to the beach on our breaks without ever needing to get in the car. The place was clean and comfy. My kids did not want to leave. We would stay here again!

Cute condo

We had a great stay at the condo for a family of 3. Condo is cute and clean. Beds could be more comfortable but otherwise it was a great retreat for us. Good parking, ocean side so a short walk to the beach.
