Convenientemente ubicado cerca del mercado de mariscos Joe Patti y del estadio de béisbol Blue Wahoos. Fácil acceso a la I-110, la playa de Pensacola y la estación aérea naval. Quédese en una cabaña privada, contigua a la parte trasera de una casa histórica victoriana de 1890. La cabaña tiene su propia entrada, está bien equipada y tiene una cocina completa. Amplio dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, cómoda y mesita de noche con vestidor. Tiene un baño completo con bañera y ducha. Cute and great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is exactly as pictured. It was a great stay for a month. The location is great with easy, quick access to Downtown which is host to many wonderful restaurants and bars. The property manager was easily accessible and provided great service.

For a mini vacation this rental was good. Couch is very uncomfortable and the tv did not allow for many channel access. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't reach host by phone upon arrival. neighbor was in the parking lot and said host was out of town. However, we were able to get into the apartment. Apartment was clean and spacious.

I've stayed in many rentals, good and bad. The rental although small was well kept, clean, and located in a walkable area... perfect . I was very impressed with the amenities. There was no need for me to bring all that I did, hair dryer, coffee, wine, soap, etc., because it was all there to include beach toys. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers were comfortable and taken care of. GOOD JOB!

Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay.

Beach trip 2023

This was our first time staying in this apartment and we loved it. The room had lots of space and the bed was super comfy. Lots of closet space also. We will definitely stay here again!

Convenient location with the necessary amenities

Very convenient to downtown and not far from the beaches, though Pensacola is pretty compact. Property was clean with all the necessary amenities. There is a small outdoor seating area that’s fine for a glass of wine after dinner, but I would’t plan on grilling or having dinner out there.

Very Quaint

The place is quaint and ideal! It was just as described. They were very accommodating. Beach and restaurants are all within a short driving distance.

Excellent Place to Stay

Property was amazing and in such a convenient location being so close to downtown! Very clean and had everything we needed, even had some beach stuff that came in handy :) Cynthia was very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend!

Silence in the city

This is a super cute, quiet location close to everything! I loved the welcome book with some history of the cottage—so cool! We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The bed was very comfortable as well! Highly recommend!

Great location!

The location is great and communication with the property manager was exceptional. The furniture in the living area was different than pictured on the website, but it was okay. Being from Pensacola, we were only their to sleep and shower. Location, Location, Location.

Perfect location and great property!

This is the perfect property for single or two guests. Good decor and super convenient to everything! Easy to get Ubers immediately and only 15-20 minutes from the beach. A bottle of moscato and wine glasses waiting upon arrival was a nice touch! Loved this one! I will be back!

Great Location

This is a cute little place that was big enough to sleep our family of three but small enough to be affordable. The location was great! During our visit, the host (who also operates the real estate business next door) was having a big birthday bash in the parking lot right outside of the unit, which honestly was a bit unexpected, but it was only for a few hours and everyone was so super friendly. They even invited us to join the party! A bottle of wine and an informational notebook, offering recommendations for dining and entertainment, were there for us when we arrived - we appreciated that extra touch. Also - very important - the beds were comfy. Thanks for letting us stay, we really enjoyed Pensacola!
