The Place:


On the Esplanade of North Shore, Geelong offering uninterrupted views of the Geelong Port and Harbour. The house is literally on the shore and 250 meters from the only Beach at North Shore and 950 meters from North Shore Train Station and new Geelong Port for SPIRIT of TASMANIA. 4 bedrooms up to 12 sleeping, 2 full Bathrooms. There is an in-ground swimming pool, 5 car park within. panel heating at bedrooms, main lounge & meals have gas heating and a Reverse Cycle Split AC.

The entire property is under Video Surveillance. There are 12 security Cameras covering the whole outside and entrances of the property.

Guest Access:

Entire place except for pool filtration corner, Locked up Shed next to pool and garage.
It is important guests do not smoke inside. They can smoke outside but MUST NOT throw cigarette butts.
Finding Cigarette butts will incur a penalty.

Other Things To Note:

Children must be supervised all the time while they are using the Pool. Pool gate must be kept close by the key provided if not using, though it is self-closing with a triple lock.
Extra light globes, First Aid kits and other bits and pieces are stored in the Pale Green Showcases located in the meals area. Guests are welcome to contact us in any need.
