"Seas the Day" est une maison privée récemment terminée, située directement sur la plage de sable de Rincon, à Puerto Rico. Aucune dépense épargnée, cette magnifique maison est sûre de remplir. Avec la possibilité de louer uniquement les 2 premiers étages (5 chambres, 2 salles de bain) ou la suite penthouse du troisième étage du propriétaire (6 chambres, 3 salles de bain), nous pouvons accueillir votre groupe spécifique (jusqu'à 15 personnes maximum). De la cuisine de pointe à la piscine à débordement, tout est flambant neuf et attend votre séjour. Endormez-vous et réveillez-vous au son des vagues qui se brisent, avec une vue sur l'océan sans vous lever la tête de l'oreiller. Allez vous aventurer dans les nombreux bars / restaurants / boutiques de cadeaux ou faites "rien" en vous prélassant dans un hamac, le voyage vous appartient.

Sandy Beach est un lieu de rendez-vous avec un certain nombre de bars / restaurants locaux et de boutiques de souvenirs, tous accessibles à pied. Il est également connu pour sa vie nocturne animée avec le célèbre "Tamboo" situé à quelques pas de la plage. Avec de la musique live occasionnelle, la région regorge d'excitation, alors soyez prêt pour un bon moment et de la musique en fin de soirée (si vous recherchez une propriété plus isolée, renseignez-vous sur nos autres options à "Kare Management").

This property was PERFECT for our long weekend with friends. It is idyllic to float in the pool and look at the ocean, and equally as lovely to play in the ocean looking back at the house. Rincon is laid back but lots of fun. We'd happily stay here again! By the way---don't sleep on Jack's Shack for yummy fish taco and burritos while you're there (it's just a short walk down the road).

"The perfect group getaway — we'll definitely be back!"We stayed here as a group of ten and it was an absolute dream. "Seas the Day" is exactly what it promises: a spacious, comfortable home right on Sandy Beach in Rincón, and the location truly cannot be beaten. Waking up steps from the ocean every morning never got old!The 6 bedrooms were all clean, comfortable, and well-appointed and everyone in our group had a great night's sleep. The pool was a nice touch and we kept coming back to it throughout the day, and having direct beach access meant we were constantly bouncing between the pool and the water. The decks with their stunning views of Aguadilla Bay were the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.The amenities were fantastic and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. Ryan was a responsive and attentive host, making the whole experience seamless from check-in to checkout.The neighborhood was wonderful too, with friendly locals and some amazing food spots nearby. We loved hitting up Big Kahuna and Jack's Shack, both great choices for a delicious meal. Rincón itself is such a vibrant area with local bars, restaurants, and the famous Tamboo just a short walk away, making for some really fun evenings. If you're planning a big group trip to Puerto Rico, this is the place. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding vacation! Loved having the pool and being on the beach. Lots a places to walk to for food drinks and coffee! It was nice to have each floor sort of separate so early risers didn’t wake the whole house. Loved the sunsets and got to see many whales which was a bonus. The big table outside was great for family meals and the Brie’s from the upper balcony’s were awesome! Dream trip!

Fabulous location and very comfortable for our family trip. The house was equipped with all needs, clean and in working order. The hosts reached out to us several times upon arrival/check-in to ensure expectations were met (which they were) and it was reassuring that had we needed something we would have a prompt response. We highly recommend "Seas the Day" and a visit to Rincon.

Great location just 400 feet from the beach, stunning views, crashing waves, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars. We had an amazing time in Rincon! The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with separate spaces and entrances that gave everyone privacy. Property management was very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any minor issues.Note for future guests: Tamboo Restaurant nearby was quite loud on New Year’s Eve and January 2nd, with music/parties until 2 a.m. This is typical around the holidays, but worth mentioning if you’re traveling during that time. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

I'm so happy to hear you had a 5 star stay Tiffany! Future guests, please note that this house is DIRECTLY on the beach (not 400 feet away). See photos :) Tamboo is a boutique hotel/restaurant 2 doors down that occasionally has parties around the holidays (maybe 3-4 parties a year). If you are coming around Halloween, Christmas/New Years keep in mind there may be a late night or 2 during your stay and please ask questions if you're unsure if this location is for you. Kare Management has many locations throughout Rincón and is happy to find you a more suitable property if Seas the Day isn't for you! Sea you soon!

Family reunion

Perfect location on the beach, steps away from the sand. We gathered all of our family from across the country to spend a week relaxing and playing in the ocean together. Lots of room, well laid out property right on the beach.

Seas The Day provided beach access and a place to hang with its location. Especially for those who rented “up the hill”. Tamboo wasn’t loud at all. Casa Islena was an easy walk for great food

Great place to stay with family and friends. Great location. The house is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, etc and the access to the beach was perfect. We had a great weekend.

Literally on the beach, perhaps 400 yards from the crashing waves, with an infinity pool... What could be better? The property is in a small semi residential area. A few restaurants and small apartments/ hotels are there. You can swap to breakfast at Casa Islesa (excellent) or grab a burger at Big Kuhuna's. For dinner, we drive into Rincon.

Awesome stay!!

We came as a group for my sons graduation trip. The house was everything we expected and more. The area is great with several restaurants to walk to. The beach is beautiful with lots of sea glass to find. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was also great with the hosts. Wonderful stay!!
