私たちの家は、もともと1940年に建設されたものです。私の請負業者の夫で、私は家全体を改装しました。 私たちは全面的に更新し、すばらしいディナーパーティーに必要なすべての家電製品を備えた大きなシェフのキッチンを建設しました。 （Dwell Magazineに見られるキッチン写真）バイキングレンジ、KitchenAid 2つの対流/オーブン、暖房用引き出し付き。
オリジナルの硬い木製の床を補完するために、スレートフローリングを家全体に使用しました。
使用されるバス＃1材料：白い地下鉄のタイル、リサイクルされたガラスタイルのアクセント、浴槽/シャワーの組み合わせ、ガラスのドアとペデスタルシンク。
バス＃2材使用：木製の厚板磁器床、シャワーの磁器タイル、スタンドアローンバニティ。 バスルームはアールデコ様式の外観に戻っています。
私たちのベッドルームは快適で、高級寝具、クイーンサイズのSterns＆Foster Luxury Hybridベッド、睡眠に必要なもので装飾されています。
両方のベッドルームはプライベートパティオにオープンしています。 静かな環境の中に座っている間、毎朝新鮮なコーヒーやお茶を飲みながらおくつろぎください。 私たちのパティオは非常にプライベートで、竹に囲まれています。

Beautiful craftsman type style home. Everything seemed as advertised, The host was very communicative and helpful. Maybe a few more trash bags and dishwasher pods, we stayed 4 nights and ran out of both. Would definitely recommend.

The house was the perfect size for our group. Having 2 living spaces to relax in helped separate the kids and adults. The kitchen was spacious and had all the items to cook and bake as desired.

House was clean, check in was easy. AC didn’t work well. House felt extremely humid while ac was on. Beach was a walk away if you want nothing but rocks. Overall ok stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean and the check-in process easy. We’re sorry to hear the beach access and indoor comfort didn’t fully meet your expectations. For future guests, we’d like to note that there are several nearby beach access points. The stairs at the end of Cassidy Road lead to a rocky section at high tide, but during low tide it opens up to a beautiful sandy beach. There is also a larger sandy beach just a short walk away. Regarding the humidity, we did inspect the home after checkout and found several windows open, which can affect both indoor humidity levels and air conditioning performance, particularly in our coastal climate. The AC system has otherwise been operating as intended. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.

The kitchen is large and wonderful! The house is nice, even though the layout is a bit strange due to it being an older home that has been remodeled. The two bedrooms are next to one full bathroom, but the other bathroom (3/4) is clear across the house so you have to walk through the kitchen down a few stairs through the family room, then up a few other steps to get to it.Mattresses were great--memory foam. Lots of towels (bath and beach), shampoos, and lotions. Ice maker on the large fridge/freezer made ice but didn't dispense it properly. However, it was easy enough to open the ice maker and grab ice out. The main complaint we had was that the thermostat was set so that you could never lower the temperature below 72 degrees, which made for uncomfortable sleeping on hot nights. And if you prefer to sleep in dark room, bring a sleep mask because although the shades give privacy but let in a lot of light.Overall, great stay!

Modern decor, clean and organized. Large kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for 10 or more.

Great place to stay if you are planning on going to the beach. Warm and cozy outfoor fire pit to lounge around after your beach visit. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. Close to the Harbor Beach.

My mom was visiting from Arizona and instead of getting her a hotel negate my place is too small to host I rented her this place. I stayed in the second room and we had a great time catching up. Lovely home fully set up to cook. Great location. Of you don't know South Oceanside is the best.

Perfect Stay

Perfect stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood, great house & amazing kitchen. All the little things you need for daily life (spices, laundry supplies, shampoo, paper towels, etc) Very comfortable, felt like home for sure. Check in was soooo easy. Check out was great and easy and a very small to do list. Would definitely stay here again. So happy with everything.

Overall Rating for this stay is a 1 star; but could be a 5 if the property manager were to cancel their damage claim. The stay and property were as good as any we've rented in Oceanside in the last 3 years or so (easily 6 stays). Family enjoyed the property over the Easter weekend.Approximately a week after our visit, we received notification of multiple damages supposedly occurring during our stay. Damages included a significant scratch to a dining table, deep scratching (and cover up) on a bedroom door, indicators that a pet had been present, and finally, furniture had been moved around.We never used the dining table during our stay. We did not damage any bedroom door, let alone cover up any damage. We had NO pets in this house during our stay. The only furniture that was moved, was patio furniture outside around the fire pit, and that furniture was returned to their original locations, along with replacing the weather covers.We even took our shoes off at the front entry during our stay! We DO NOT recommend renting this property, as it appears you can be held accountable for damages that you had nothing to do with.Again, we enjoyed our stay, until confronted with these egregious accusations. We did not cause these damages, but apparently we have no say in this. Please think twice before renting this property.
