Dormitorio establecido es una habitación de matrimonio, dos habitaciones dobles, una habitación con cama de matrimonio y dos camas retirada. El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene un baño completo. Cocina, comedor, sofá-cama de tamaño completo y un medio baño adicional ubicados en el piso superior.

5 cubiertas, hamaca, 3 bicicletas, 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard de pie, aro de baloncesto, pozo de fuego, ducha exterior, patio al aire libre incluido. 10 minutos a pie o estacionamiento gratuito disponible para playa privada. La casa tiene parrilla, un montón de espacio en el patio y un vecindario agradable y tranquilo.

Family-friendly fun and comfort

It was exactly as described, clean, spacious for a big crowd to gather and have fun together. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to find retreat from a crowd, too. The beach was easy to walk to, but the parking spots helped get tired little ones there faster. We'd love to return.

South Bethany Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. This property had everything from corn hole to kayaks, to bikes and a gas grill. This home had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find their own alone time to read or watch a show. The view from each of the decks allowed for a view of the canal or bay and it was great to sit outside with a cup of coffee in the morning. We look forward to returning next summer!

Nice place for a family gathering

Everything was good. Fair warning to renters: the linen service noted on the property description really does just mean linens. No towels are available.

We truly apologize you missed that in the description and welcome letter that was sent three days prior to check in. I will take that feedback and be sure to personally message each renter prior to coming so they know to bring towels or offer towels from the company for an additional fee. :)

South Bethany

We enjoyed our stay at this property in a great neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated and there were many extras and niceties awaiting us. The beds are very comfortable and we really appreciated the many bathrooms. The Although we didn't use them, we appreciate access to kayaks and bikes. Beach access is great and at times it felt like our own private beach. This was an excellent house to stay in and we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great beach rental

We, grandparents (age 74), parents (40s) 2 grandchildren (15, 12) have rented many VRBO properties over the years. This property was the first that really met our expectations. Close to the beach, kayaks, comfortable beds, good seating, large enough dining table, more than enough dishes, glasses, cooking utensils. We enjoyed the uncrowded beach, proximity to golf and groceries. We are not yet comfortable dining in restaurants so we really appreciated the good supply of cooking utensils.

Wonderful place

Easy walk to the beach, house was spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor patio with fire pit. Loved the screened in porch. Great view in the basement. House wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. You might want to check on your house cleaners. We found a dirty diaper under the bed and sand on a lot of the furniture. Also, the air filters needed replaced. Overall we would definitely stay again.

July 2023 Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Bethany Beach - our family has rented in Bethany for many years and this was one of the nicest houses we have had the pleasure to call "home" for a week. The house was clean and well stocked. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to a beautiful beach away from the crowds and traffic near the boardwalk. We loved the screened in deck with a view of the canal and the bay in the distance. The kids loved watching the shore birds and spying turtles in the canal. Our family of 11 was quite comfortable. Owners were responsive to messages, though we had no real issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Owner

There were some issues (caused by the guest who stayed right before us, nothing to do with the house or owner). The property owner was very responsive and fixed everything straight away. This is our 2nd time staying at this house and we always enjoy it. See you next year!

Nicely updated with lots of space!

Nicely decorated and update home, in a good location. Loved being in the canal with water access and some view. Looking forward to seeing when the lower level is finished! Had a great stay and would come again!

Great house and quiet location

The house was exactly as described online. It was on an inlet with 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard and some bikes. We used the firepit at night on the dock, ate dinner outside on the upstairs deck but my favorite place was the screened in porch looking down the inlet to the Bay. There is an outdoor shower that we all used. We drove 2 minutes and parked, then walked 10 minutes to a very quiet beach. We rode our bikes into town one day. I highly recommend this house and would book it again for a family.

Waterfront bliss

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was quiet, always a breeze form the bay, the beach access was easy and not crowded at all. Going out to inlet to watch the sunset was amazing. We biked a lot around the neighborhood lot soaking in the canal and marsh view. Would recommend some tune up with bikes. The owner was responsive to enquiries and suggestions. Can bike to the gourmet store nearby, their bakery and prepared food was just yummy. Will return.

We had a wonderful week.

We loved the home. It was bright and spacious, plenty of room for the seven of us. The cleaning staff did a good job. Just a few hard water stains in the tub detracted from overall appearance. The kitchen and home were well equipped. It had great decks and a screened in porch, and we were pleased that mosquitoes were not a problem. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding from the dock. A short paddle down the canal took us to an inlet with many natural areas to explore. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes from the house, 5 if you parked next to the highway. We didn't need to wait long to cross the main road to the beach during the week. We were surprised to find that fishermen could drive on the beach, but it was not a problem. Overall we loved the home and location and plan on returning in the future.

A Great time in Assawoman Bay

The house was every bit as nice as the description. We especially enjoyed the use of the beach chairs in lieu of having to drag them 400 miles from home. We enjoyed the supplied kayaks and paddle board. the Owner was exceptionally helpful on providing guidance on places to go, shop and eat. We had a wonderful vacation.

Our family really enjoyed our stay, this was our second time staying at this property. Great location being on the water to fish/crab and just a short walk to the beach. The house was perfect, everything we needed and Ibrahim the owner was very responsive to our questions and a pleasure to work with.

We had a great time! The house was great, we loved the location and being close to the beach but also being able to crab and fish off the pier. We would recommend it highly. The owner was so good to work with.
