About this property

Great House!

Welcome to our place in Otematata. Fully refurbished, the house is in excellent shape and has everything you could need for a quick stop or a relaxing break. New kitchen, bathroom, furniture, carpets, appliances, heat pump, fire and double glazed windows. Sparkling clean, fresh linen, super fast WiFi and a Smart TV - all you need to do is relax.

The house is located in the middle of the village and is a short, flat walk to the playground, park, shop, District Club and pub. Suitable for groups or families, the house has one Super King bed, one Queen bed and 2 brand new single beds. The bathroom includes a large shower but does not have a bath. There is a BBQ and a picnic table on the large deck. For mature travelers, the house is stocked with tonnes of wine glasses, bubbly glasses, platters for snacks etc. The section is fully fenced and well behaved dogs are welcome too.

Our cleaning fee includes freshly laundered linen including sheets, towels, hand towels, flannels, bath mats and tea towels.

Please note we have a 2-night minimum stay at all times, a 3-night minimum stay over long weekends and a 7-night minimum stay over late-December and January.

What a lovely house to stay with our children & friends in for our wedding. Rooms were spacious, especially kitchen/living/dining and conservatory. It had everything you could need and more. Added bonus of a laundry if you would need one. Lovely deck space with bbq and fantastic lawn area out back if needed for the doggos.The hosts were absolutely amazing, so fast in communication and attending to my questions etc. Couldn't recommend enough and would definitely stay again!

After wee hiccup at the start we had yet another great stay in this gorgeous wee house. With our adult children and dog, this place was perfect. We have stayed here previous and exactly what we need for our annual fishing weekend with friends. Definitely be back for 4th stay 😊

Wonderful place to stay

Very well appointed and well presented bach. Great location close to amenities, shops and the park. Excellent off street parking, plenty of room for the boat. Comfortable beds and linen, new washing machine, dishwasher and excellent shower; the Bach had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
