We loved our four night stay, wish it could have been longer. Photos of this unique rustic cabin are accurate and drew us to this property. The location on the bluff is also unique and we visited the viewpoint throughout our stay, seeing beautiful sunsets and sunrises! We were very comfortable here, the A/C worked very well in the extreme heat during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs with a wide variety of utensils and appliances. Walking the dog around the spacious property was also a plus. We also enjoyed a kayak trip on the White River and could view “our” bluff from below. Very conveniently located. Our extended family of 4 adults and two kids had a wonderful visit.

The cabin is great and offers a great get away spot away from the hustle and bustle.

This cabin was great for a short trip to the mountains and we had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. Check-in was super easy, which made arrival stress-free.The view from the deck and the balconies was beautiful and the surrounding area was fun to explore.I would definitely go back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin, had a great week with family relaxing and staying cozy for New Years. Friendly host. Pet friendly. Very secluded yet easy to find and not too far from stores. Beautiful overlook across the street, neat property to explore. Feels like home! Spent most of our time playing board games and taking in the views, our dog loved being able to expore the property too.

Our view arriving, pictures couldn't do it justice!

Smores and hot chocolate by the fire pit.

We loved the spring water and geothermal air system. Great outdoor spaces and secluded. Plenty of water pressure, hot water, and nice cool air, plus a lot of room for 6 of us. We enjoyed trout fishing and cooking them in the fully stocked kitchen!

Clean, comfortable, and away from the hustle and bustle.

My name is Steve Alford. I have lived in Memphis all my life but have always had a presence in Arkansas. I have spent many days on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs. I fell in love with Northwest Arkansas and would ride my motorcycle in the area a couple of times a year. I also made a yearly cabin trip to the area in the fall. That is where I saw and fell in love with House on the Rock.

What makes this property unique

Most guests have fun just exploring the property and it's unique features. Enjoy the Rock Bluff and Cave on the property. The elevated screened patio has two doggy doors and a beautiful view of the property.
While there is not direct access to the river, directly across the street are the White River views and City Rock Bluff, one of the most photographed places in Arkansas. It is a one minute walk from the property.
