This charming studio is located just a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop and under a mile walk to the Footbridge beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. Situated on a dead end street, the neighborhood is quite and great for walk and bike riding. The studio has a private deck with grill, full kitchen and queen sized bed. Perfect for a romantic getaway or quiet retreat to beautiful Ogunquit!

Cozy apartment right near town!

My wife and I stayed here during Ogunquit’s Christmas by the Sea event. Cozy and private apartment very close by to town and beaches. Don’t hesitate to book!

Perfect location

We loved the studio. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the perfect location. It was walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions as well as easy access to I95. The owner was responsive to inquiries and made us feel welcome. Would highly recommend!

Title

The problem was that I did not have a car. The location was a far walk for a senior citizen. Judy and Lola were very kind but the taxi drivers said it was too far and there were no Ubers. I did not hear directly from the owner. The property is wonderful and just as described. I left the key on the table near the bed. I used my own towels and linens. I only used three small towels which I left near the sinks.

Peaceful Vacation Spot

Very clean studio upon our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to get around in. Bathroom looks a bit larger than the photo and the shower stall is appropriate for taller people as well. Comfy living room space to watch tv or play cards on the large size coffee table. Neighborhood was very very quiet and we slept each night through without any disturbances. Easy walk to the beach with our cart which was key for us. Only suggestion from my wife would be a full length mirror of some sort with the understanding that space is limited in the studio. Without any reservations we would stay here again.

Ogunquit Birthday Trip

This lil studio is perfect for a single or couple getaway! Nearly everything is within a 2.0 mile walking distance which was a big reason we chose this place! A girlfriend and I went for a birthday trip & this place was exactly what we were looking for! We had no issues and no reason to reach out to the owners. We will absolutely be back!!

December Retreat

Fall Sabbatical

I spent my annual ‘solo fall sabbatical’ here - writing and walking the beach. The studio apt was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located. (I walked to Footbridge Beach, Ogunquit Center, and Perkins Cove and Marginal Way.) Hosts were extremely responsive. Reported issue with refrigerator Saturday - new one delivered and installed Sunday. Can’t best that!

Studio was great and close to center of Ogunquit we really enjoyed our stay

Studio was very clean and property very well kept. The only thing we did not like was the loveseat while watching tv it wasn’t comfortable should invest in recliner loveseat. Everything else was great.

One suggestion

The only negative experience was the knocking noise coming from the refrigerator. My husband is a light sleeper and towards the end of our trip had to unplug the fridge to sleep. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Ogunquit Studio

Cozy and just the right size for 2. Everything that you need in kitchen. Small deck with grill, very convenient. Quiet area off the main road. But if a walk to downtown Ogunquit but very doable. Overall a very nice experience. Would highly recommend. We had a well deserved relaxing vacation.

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Rachel’s studio apartment. My daughter and her family rented the two bedroom unit so we were close but not staying on top of one another. The studio has everything you need - plenty of dish ware, cooking items if you choose to cook. We mostly enjoy the great restaurants in the area. This was my first time on Footbridge Beach - you can walk from the apartment but if you are carrying chairs, etc. it is a little too far to walk comfortably. Unencumbered, it’s a great morning walk. There is paid parking at the beach f you want to bring your car. We enjoyed staying on that side of Oguinquit, much quieter and less busy than closer to the center. A most enjoyable stay!

Nice little studio apartment

More of a woodsy setting, but about a mile from Footbridge sandy beach and route 1 restaurants and shopping. Hannafords about 5 miles north. We managed to stay for 4 nights w/o ever having to face the downtown Ogunquit traffic...stairway up to the apartment may make arriving and departing a bit of a chore, but not a deal breaker. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized frigde and oven, pots and pans, utensils etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary in Ogunquit

We typically stay at a hotel in town but decided to try out a VRBO this year and I’m so glad we did. This studio was just what we needed. It’s tucked away on a quiet street with birds chirping and turkeys walking around in your backyard. It’s just a 10 minute walk to footbridge beach and we got to dine at some amazing restaurants we haven’t been to in previous years. The full kitchen has everything you need on days we decided to cook at “home”. Overall a great stay!

The perfect long weekend getaway!

This was the perfect stay for my boyfriend and I. The unit is clean and has everything you need. A very friendly couple lives downstairs who we passed by in the driveway a few times. The home is set just far enough off Main Street to give a quiet, cozy feel, but close enough to Bike to all of the attractions, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend bringing bikes with you, as walking to the beach and downtown is probably a little far. Parking is easy, kitchen was great. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about this property. The decor,, the attention to all the small details you’d have at home,the location and I kept telling my husband how I couldn’t believe how immaculately clean it is! Just a note, it is an upper unit and there are about 12 stair steps up to the unit. They are very stable with wide steps and railings.

Great stay and customer service!

Rachel was super helpful (even when I was a dummy and forgot to reserve the rented sheets). Only thing is the downstairs resident listens to tv slightly loud at night. Nothing a white noise app couldn’t cover up though.
